Girlfriend?

As the students of 3-E were having fun exploring Kyoto for their field trip, Nagisa along with Karma wondered off to look for food and souvenirs.

When they found a food stand the two began eating, chatting as they did so until Nagisa found the shop he wanted to go to
"I'm going ahead"
The red head understanding what he meant nodded
"I'll go later" he spoke before taking a bite from his Yakitori

As the bluenette browsed the shop his eye caught sight of a small cat Keychain.
It was a simple white cat, but the eyes stood out to Nagisa.
The eyes were a beautiful mercury, they reminded him of Karma.
But the minute he took it in his hand a voice spoke behind him
"Hey you're pretty cute, what's your name?"
Taken by surprise Nagisa turned around and saw an older looking student with a different school uniform
"Huh?"
"Give me your phone number" he demanded as he stepped closer
It seemed like he wouldn't take no for an answer
"I-"
But before he could say anything Karma stepped in and placed his arm around Nagisa's shoulder
"Is something wrong?" he smiled but his eyes said otherwise
"!!!"
Quickly intimidated by Karma's presence the male took a step back
"I-is she your girlfriend?"
"No! I'm-"
"Yeah, have a problem with that" he replied as he hugged Nagisa closer to him, causing the other male to quickly run away

Once he was out of sight Nagisa pushed Karma away, obviously flustered
"What was that about!?"
"Did it bother you that he thought you were my girlfriend?" Karma asked seriously which shocked Nagisa
Normally in these types of situations Karma would laugh it off and tease him, but it sounded like he was genuinely asking
"....I'm not a girl" he looked away
"Then next time I'll say that you're my boyfriend" he spoke again in a serious tone
"W-what are you saying?"
"Am I not making it clear?"
Karma stepped closer, breaking the space between them
"W-What?"
"......"
Seeing that Nagisa wasn't understanding, he grabbed his chin and forced the bluenette to look at him
"I like you"
