Karma pov
The next day I woke up earlier than I usually do

Well...

I actually couldn't sleep.

I felt terrible.
I just left Nagisa
He probably thinks I forgot about him

'ARRRRRGGHH!'
I menatlly yelled to myslef and covered my face with a pillow

I got dressed and headed to the park so I could think over my decisions.

Thankfully The park was empty.
It was probably going to rain again.

I sat down on a swing and kept thinking about how this all happened.
That stupid kiss

'I should have just told Nagisa the minute it happened'
'He would have understood.....would he?'
I bit my thumb
'I'm such an idiot! I literally agreed to go out with Okuda and pushed Nagisa aside!'

I looked up but someone caught my eye

"Nagisa!"
He was on the other side of the street carrying an umbrella and a bag with the other hand.
I ran over to him and grabbed his shoulder, making him turn around
"What" he asked in an angry but weak tone
"A-Are you sick?" I asked noticing that he had a medical mask on.
I then noticed that he was wearing a sweater and sweatpants that reached his knees.
His hair was also down, meaning he woke up not to long ago
"..."
he didn't answer
"Nagisa, I'm sorry I've been ignoring you..."
The minute I said that Nagisa pulled his mask down to his chin
"I saw you with Okuda..."
"N-Nagisa t-that's-!"
"That's what?!"
"..."
"If you wanted to break up you could have just told me!!"
"Break up?! I would never do that!"
"Just tell me !!"
"Eh?"
"...you could have just told me you were straight....instead of making me a fool" his voice cracked
"Nagisa-"
"I waited"
My heart broke again when I saw tears falling down his cheeks.
"I waited for 5 hours Karma!"
"!!" My eyes widened

He waited for me
He waited for me and I never came

"You passed and walked off with Okuda...tell me Karma, when you told me you liked me...were you lying?"
"No Nagisa!"
I griped both his shoulders, not wanting to let go
I didn't want to lose him
I couldn't afford to lose him
He was my everything
He is my everything

"I only ignored you becasue I was blackmailed!"
"Blackmailed? You?"
"Okuda kissed me out of nowhere and Rio took a picture"
"...And?"
"They said they'd show you I'd I didn't go out with her"
"So you chose to go out with her rather than telling me the truth"
"They had other pictures"
"IDIOT!!"
I jumped at his sudden outburst
I've never heard him yell like that.
Out of all the times I've known Nagisa, this is the first time he actually scared me
"Even if they showed me I would have believed you! Do you really have that little faith in me!"
"I-I'm sorry..."
"And if I ever doubted you I would have asked.... I thought that's what our relationship was about. Trust."
"...."
I remained silent
I was just waiting for Nagisa to slap me and tell me I was jerk, but I instead felt him cup my cheek with one hand
"Nagisa?"
"It's ok" he smiled
I placed my hand over his hand and brought it to my lips, placing a kiss on it
"I really do love you Nagisa. I never intended to hurt you"
"I know"
He dropped his umbrella and hugged me
"From now on if we ever feel uncertain, we could ask each other. There's no need to be afraid" he told me
"Ok" I replied
I was just so happy I didn't lose Nagisa
"I love you" I told him
"I love you to" he replied
