Study part 2 (Karma)

Today was the final day of the school taking their tests and as students started exiting the school grounds,  Karma stood by the school gate waiting for Nagisa who was still in the main building.

It was taking some time for Nagisa to arrive, he was most likely placed in a classroom further back to take his test.

All the students from 3-E were placed in separate classes to avoid cheating of any sort, because of course no one trusted them.

As the red head waited for his friend he thought about that kiss from last week.
*Shudder
Just thinking about it embarrassed him

How would Nagisa react if he knew?
Would he be grossed out?
Would he no longer want to be his friend?
Would he accept his feelings?

All these were questions he wanted answers to, but was too afraid to find out what the answer would be.
"Karma!"
The moment he heard his name he snapped out of his thoughts and turned to the direction he heard the voice.

When he saw who it was he felt his lips curl up.

It was Nagisa in the distance, running up to him with a smile on his face.
"Hey" he greeted while the smaller boy  placed his hands on his knees, trying to catch his breath
"H-hey" he barely managed to answer
"....."
Seeing how he was having difficulty breathing he took out a water bottle from his bag
"Here" he said, handing it over to the bluenette
"Thanks"
"....so how was the test?" Karma asked
"!!"
Hearing that question Nagisa's eyes widened and he stopped drinking the water
"The problems were just like the ones you explained to me!"
"Haha, that's good" the red head smiled gently and the two walked side by side.

The moment they arrived at Nagisa's apartment Karma debated whether or not he should tell Nagisa that he liked him.
"......"
"Karma"
He quickly snapped out of his thoughts and saw Nagisa standing infront of him
"Yeah?"
"When the results come back...there's something I want to tell you" he spoke seriously
"You can't tell me now?"
"Nope"
"Now I'm really curious" he whined playfully, trying to play off his curiosity
"You have to wait"
"Is it at least good news?"
"I don't know"
Upon hearing those words he felt his heart stop
"You're not leaving are you?"
"Of course not!" the bluenette waved his hands
"Good"

1 week had passed and all the test results had come back.

Once Korosenei had finished passing out their results he told them it was up to them if they wanted to reveal their scores to each other.

Nagisa of course didn't tell anyone what his score was. He had wanted Karma to be the first person to know, so he waited patiently for the day to end so he would finally be able to tell Karma.

When the day was over Karma had texted Nagisa that he was at the back of the buidling since he had skipped the last 3 classes, letting him know he didn't ditch him.

When he went there, there was Karma leaning against the wall.
"So?" Karma spoke first, curious as to what Nagisa had to say
"I got an 89!" He smiled, showing him his paper
"That's my Nagisa" Karma grinned, ruffling up his blue hair
"It's thanks to you"
"Of course" the taller teen boasted
"I wouldn't be surprised if you got 100" "99" Karma corrected
"That's great!"
".....you-"
"Huh?" Nagisa looked up
"...didn't you say that you'd tell me something once we got our scores?"
"Oh, yeah" he responded biting down on his lip, almost as if he were scared, almost as if he wished the red head forgot why he asked him there
"Nagisa?"
"I....I like you!" He blurted out
"!!!"
When Karma heard those words everything seemed to have stopped.

He liked him?
Nagisa liked him?!

"You don't have to respond, I just wanted to get that off my-"
Before the small teen could finish his sentence Karma quickly pulled him in his arms
"Me too!"
"K-Karma?!"
"I like you too!" He spoke with a smile on his face as he embraced the other male.
