Vampire Karma

"Karma? Are you feeling alright?" I heard Nagisa ask
I looked at him, panting heavily...eying the bloody towel be was using to cover his bleeding hand.
"Karma?" He asked again
I couldn't control the urge
I had to drink
It's been so long since I've had blood
No!!
Nagisa's my friend!
I will never hurt him!
He will hate me if he found out what I was
If he found out I was a monster
"Karma?" Nagisa took a step forward
"Stay away!" I yelled showing my fangs
"!!!"
Nagisa backed away
"K-Karma?"
I looked down in disappointment
So he is scared of me

Not wanting to be in the house any minute longer I ran out
"Karma!"

For hours I walked the empty streets, trying to locate a source of food
Just as I was about to give up and let myself starve to death I heard someone walk infront of me
I opened my eyes and was shocked to see Nagisa
"There you are" he smiled lightly
"N-Nagisa?"
He kneeled down infront of me and removed the cloth that was on his injured hand
"Drink" he offered
I looked away
"You don't hate me?" I asked
"Why would I? You're Karma....the same Karma who's been my friend for 16 years"
"..."
"Drink Karma"
"I don't want to hurt you"
"You won't...now drink" he ordered me
"..."
I hesitated for a moment, but the smell of Nagisa's blood was soo empowering.
I ended up jumping on him, pushing him to the floor and biting his neck.
Tears were filling my eyes as I was sucking his blood...I felt horrible for making Nagisa do this...but I couldn't stop, his blood was so delicious.

After a couple of minutes we headed back home.
I took Nagisa to the bathroom and had him sit on the toliet seat so I could patch the wound on his neck
"I'm sorry" I apologized to him, kneeling on my knees so I could put the band-aid on his neck
"Don't be...I'm the one who's sorry" he looked down
"Why!?"
"Because all these years I didn't even realize how alone and how scared you must have been"
"....."
"Karma..."
I looked up when he called my name
"You mean everything to me...I don't want anything bad to happen to you. So don't ever hide anything from me again"
I smiled and hugged his waist
"Thank you"
