That afternoon Jax, Tig, Bobby and Juice headed off to the meet with O'Shea while Happy, Chibs and Tasha went to Hale's office. With the new found confidence in herself and her family she walked into the office with her head held high.

Walking in, Happy and Chibs held back enough so the receptionist couldn't see them. While she was distracted with showing Tasha to Hale's office, Chibs and Happy ducked into an empty room not far from where she was. She had called earlier that day to speak with the man, and made a plan to meet here in the office.

Tasha wasn't stupid. She knew he had something cooked up. She had gotten an email early that morning explaining exactly what he had come up with and she was curious as to how it was going to play out. So as she walked into the office, she wasn't surprised to see that Hale wasn't alone.

"Ms. Teller." Hale smiled cockily at her as he held his hand out for her to shake.

She smirked as she shook the man's hand. She knew why there was a familiar man sitting in the chair to her left. Hale motioned for her to sit as he lowered himself into his oversized leather desk chair. "Daniel, It's so good to see you. How have you been?" she asked as she took her seat.

Hale's smile faded as he watched the two exchange pleasantries. "You two know each other?" he stammered.

Daniel smiled and nodded. "Tasha was an apprentice of mine." he explained. I've known her for, what would you say?" he said looking at her. "Ten years?"

Tasha nodded in agreement. "About that long." she said with a chuckle. Daniel had taken her under his wing when she decided to go off on her own, the pressures of the club's influence being too much for her. Mostly Clay and Gemma's influence. She would gather all the intel Daniel needed for his marks.

"So why did you want to see me?" Hale asked as he leaned back into his chair, knowing his plan had backfired.

She sighed as she mimicked his actions. "I'm very disappointed in you, Mr. Mayor." she said as she grabbed the file out of her bag. She dropped it onto the large oak desk and looked up at him. "You see, when I left here the other day, I thought that we had a deal." she said. "But now, I have to follow through with my threat. You see this folder? This has all your ties to Lowen and all his dirty money. All the secret meets and everything you don't want the public to know."

Hale watched as she opened up the file to a page of what looked to be financial information. "Where did you get all that?"

She smiled as her eyes went from the file to him. "You see I am very thorough in what I do. It leaves it less likely to make a mistake, and everyday I find something new." she explained. She sent a quick text to Happy, before she closed the file. "You see, this whole file, including the photos I have accumulated have been sent to the City Council, SanWa sheriff's department as well as the DA's office."

Hale's face paled as she slid the file across the desk. "You said if I went along with you, it would stay hidden." he said through gritted teeth.

"I did." she said with a nod. "However, seeing as Daniel here, has been hired to take me out, along with the henchman you sent to the clubhouse to kidnap me, and the set up you planned with Lowen yesterday. It seems you backed out long before I came here today."

Hale went to stand before the door opened revealing Happy and Chibs. They walked inside standing behind Tasha. "See, I have found that I am more like my mother than what anyone has ever thought. It's one thing to try and fuck with me, but if you fuck with my family, I will do everything in my power to keep them safe." she said as she looked at the Mayor, a fire burning in her eyes as she spoke. "See these men behind me? They're going to escort you out to where Unser is waiting with Eglee and they're going to take you in."

Hale began to protest, but seeing as now there were three guns trained onto his skull at that moment, he rose from his seat behind his desk slowly. Happy grabbed him by the arm and lead him towards the door. "What about Lowen?" he asked, looking back at her.

"Don't you worry your pretty little head about him." she smirked as she got up from her chair, Daniel right behind her. "He'll be dealt with accordingly. She walked with her head held high as the walked down the hall of the office and headed for the van.

Hale looked around and he realized that he had been played. He protested as Chibs shoved him inside. "You lied!" he bellowed as Happy climbed in behind him.

A sinister smile spread across her lips as she looked into Hale's eyes. "Guess that makes us even, huh?"

Back at the cabin, Jax and the rest of the guys were waiting patiently for the return of his sister. The information that Jax had gotten from O'Shea was sitting heavily on his shoulders. He began to pace the length of the porch as he lit another cigarette. He had tried calling them for the last half hour, with no answer. His stomach was in knots as he instructed Juice to try again.

His head snapped up and let out a sigh of relief when he saw the van coming down the long laneway, "Thank fuck." he sighed as he threw his cigarette out onto the gravel driveway.

He watched as the door slid open, revealing Tasha with a sinister smile as she stepped out, with Chibs and an unfamiliar face behind them. He looked at her with his head cocked to the side a little. "What's going on?" he asked.

She looked at him with furrowed brows. "We got Hale." she answered, looking at him like he lost his mind. "What's up?" she asked.

"O'Shea told us there was a hit out on you." he explained as he looked her over before his eyes landed on the man behind her standing by the van. "Who's that?"

She looked over her shoulder towards the van and smiled. "That's Daniel. The guy who was hired to take me out." she explained with a shrug. She noticed Jax's face contort as he tried to wrap his head around her statement. "Relax, he's cool. He was my mentor. He's not gonna take me out."

Daniel overheard the conversation and interjected. "She's right, I'm not here to kill anyone. Hale contacted me to do the hit. Once I heard the name, I had to tell her. I'm here to help end all this shit."

Jax nodded and shook the man's hand. Jax couldn't put a finger on it, but something about the guy reminded him of someone. The warmth in his eyes to the way he carried himself. "Thanks man."

Daniel added as he shook Jax's hand. "You should have seen how she handled Hale." he smirked. "Kid's got skills."

Jax chuckled, as he could only imagine how she handled it. "That I don't doubt." He clapped Daniel on the back and watched as Happy and Chibs brought Hale inside. He wrapped an arm around his sister's shoulders and kissed her temple as they followed in behind them.
