It was late when Tig walked into Happy's room. He saw Tasha in the chair beside his bed, finally asleep. He sighed as he grabbed an extra blanket off of the end of Happy's bed and draped it over her. He knew the pain she was feeling the moment she walked into the waiting room. She had lost so much in her life, just as Jax had. He had vowed to JT that he would keep them safe and he wasn't about to break that promise. He kissed the top of her head, before leaving the room again. Seeing Jax walking down the hall, he could see the intensity in his eyes. He met him and pulled him to the side.

"She's finally asleep. I don't think she's leaving him anytime soon." Tig reported to Jax.

Jax nodded in agreement and suddenly looked sad. "You stay here with her. I have Chibs with Juice. Something doesn't feel right." he admitted.

Tig agreed with that statement. "You think Lowen would do something here?" he asked.

"I wouldn't rule it out." he sighed. "He's gonna want to make sure the job is done. Why would they take Hale and leave the guys?"

Tig shook his head. "None of this makes sense, brother. You know Hap, he's paranoid when he's coming and going. He triple checks that he wasn't followed." Tig looked back to the room. "You think he's trying to get to her?"

"I have no idea. But I'm willing to bet, she's gonna be what ends all this." Jax sighed as he leaned against the wall. Inconspicuously he slid his spare gun to Tig. "Make sure she keeps this on her at all times. Don't let her out of your sight."

Tig nodded and left Jax with a rough hug before stepping inside the room to try and get some sleep himself. Taking one more look at Tasha and then Happy, he sunk into the extra chair closest to the door and slowly drifted to a restless sleep.

Chibs and Juice were in the middle of a game of cards when the nurse came walking in. "Hey, Sam." Juice said with a smile.

"Looks like someone is starting to feel a little better." She smiled, as she placed the blood pressure cuff on him. "Just gotta get your vitals and I'll be out of your hair."

Juice looked into her blue eyes. "I have no hair, so you're good." he said flashing that smile again.

Chibs rolled his eyes at the younger man and chuckled. "Don't know if that's the concussion or the drugs. But Boyo, you need to learn how to flirt." he laughed.

Juice shot him a glare and Sam laughed. "I thought it was cute." she said with a smile. "How you feeling?" she asked him as she wrote his vitals in his chart. "You need anything for pain?"

Juice didn't want to seem like a baby when it came to the pain, but he knew there was no way he would be able to sleep without something and he just nodded. She gave his hand a quick squeeze and made her way out of the room to get him some meds.

Chibs placed his cards down and looked at Juice with a sigh, "Does this all seem weird to you?" he asked. "They knew where you were. You sure you weren't followed?"

Juice shook his head trying to think back to when they left the warehouse. "No. We got Hale into the van, both Hap and I checked to make sure we were clear. I didn't notice anyone or anything."

"It just doesn't makes sense." Chibs said running a hand over his face. "Do you get a bad vibe from her friend?"

"Daniel?" Juice asked. "He seems a bit too relaxed with all this, but Tasha said it was because of what he does. I ran him and he was clear. Although there's nothing before 2001. I was gonna ask about it, but then all this shit happened."

Chibs nodded and picked his cards up again. "Maybe in the morning' we ask."

When Sam walked out into the hallway she noticed two men that she recognized hanging around Happy's room earlier. Making eye contact with the older one, her blood ran cold. Deep down she knew that those men weren't here visiting, they were here for the Sons. She quickly grabbed Juice's meds and headed back to the room.

"That didn't take long, love." Chibs said through a smile, which quickly faded when he saw the look on her face. "What's wrong? Is it Hap?" he asked getting up from his chair.

She shook her head and handed Juice his meds. "Don't take these yet. There's two guys out in the hall who don't look like they belong here. I saw them hanging around Happy's room earlier. Once they saw Jax heading over there, they left."

Chibs looked over to Juice and nodded. Juice was already dialing Tig to let him know what was happening. "It's alright love. We got this." he assured her. "I need you to call Jax and let him know he needs to get back here. Then go up to Happy's room and stay put."

She nodded and did as she was told. Already dialing Jax as she left the room. She just hoped she could get up to Happy's room before anything happened.

Jax was just pulling up to the house when his phone went off. Knowing how bad off Happy was and the fact his sister was there, he didn't hesitate in answering it. "Yeah?" he asked as he got ready to start the bike again.

"Jax? It's Sam. I just left Chibs and Juice. They need you here." was all she said.
"What's going on?" he asked panic starting to rise.

"Just get here."

As he ended the call he started his bike, and peeling out of his driveway. For Chibs to get someone outside of the club to call him it was bad. All different scenarios running through his mind as he raced towards the hospital, but only one that made his heart pound faster. The thought that his sister was in trouble.

When he finally got to St, Thomas, Bobby and Quinn were just walking out of the hospital. "What are you doing here?" Bobby asked.

Jax had no time to answer as he ran passed them and headed for the stairs, not wanting to waste another minute waiting for the elevator. He heard Quinn behind him and as they made their way towards Juice's room, they could hear two gunshots. Opening the door, Jax stopped at the sight he saw in front of him.

Tig had just got off of the phone with Juice when Tasha began to stir. She jolted up when Tig pressed a hand to her leg. "What's wrong?" she asked throwing the blanket from her and checking on Happy. Tig shook his head and handed her the gun Jax had gave him earlier. "Tig?"

He pressed his finger to his lips as he listened through the door. He heard three voices, one familiar one and two deeper voices. He heard the familiar voice tell them that visiting hours were over and they would have to leave. He knew the voice belonged to Sam and moved out of the way for her to enter the room.

She jumped when she saw Tig with his gun in his hand. "Jesus Christ." she whispered, as she clutched her chest. "You two have to stay in here" she whispered. There were two guys outside of Juice's room that were up here earlier. Now there's another two just down the hall a little bit." she explained. "Chibs sent me up here. Jax is on his way here too."

Tasha stood up and made her way over to them. She peeked out of the window and noticed one of the guys as being one of Lowen's goons. "Lowen," she groaned. "He's got guys keeping watch. Probably wanting to finish what they didn't do earlier today."

Tig nodded and felt his phone vibrate. Looking down he saw a text from Bobby. He closed his eyes and shook his head. "This is bad. Cops are going to be swarming this place in no time."
