Happy watched as Tasha got ready for bed. It had been two days since they heard from Daniel and she was getting more agitated. "You good?" he asked, slipping his arm around her.
She looked into the mirror in front of her, seeing the worried look in Happy's eyes. "It just doesn't make sense. No one has heard from him in two days. He's a damn ghost. What the hell happened?"
He didn't know what to say. Instead he pulled her in to him tighter. Knowing that the feel of his arms around her always seemed to relax her. She did, but not enough. He sighed and kissed the side of her head. "We'll talk to Juice in the morning. See if he can't find something."
She nodded with a sigh. "I love you."
He gave her a smile and nipped her neck. "I love you, too little girl."
She chuckled at the nickname. "I thought we were dropping the little part."
"Not unless you grow another foot." he said with a smile.
A knock at the door tore them from their moment. She looked at Happy, as they heard Tig answer the door. "What are you doing here?" she heard him ask. She walked out of the bathroom with Happy on her heels. Stopping as she saw Patterson standing on the other side of the door.
Patterson moved inside the house and looked to the SONS that were sitting around. "I need to talk to the Teller's."
Jax made his way in front of the group that had gathered by the door, Tasha by his side. "What's going on?" Jax asked. Tasha's arms crossing over her chest as Jax's hand moved to her shoulder. She was trying to get a handle on the fact that Patterson had shown up at the safe house, looking to speak with them.
"Can we sit?" she asked, gesturing towards the dining room table.
Tasha nodded and lead them towards the table, Happy and Tig staying close. "I know you asked to speak with us, but these men are our family and whatever you have to say, they will know anyway."
Patterson nodded and took a seat, Tasha and Jax across from her. She pulled out a file folder and handed it over to them. "Your brother came to me a few days ago, along with Roosevelt, about US Attorney Lincoln Potter." she began. She watched as the two took in all the information that Daniel had given her. "He made a deal for immunity for you and the rest of the club."
Jax looked at Tasha, her eyes brimming with tears. "So what now?" she asked, looking up from the folder.
"With all the information he gave us, we have enough to put Potter away. You won't see any jail time. The Club will be intact. Roosevelt stepped down as well. From what Daniel had told me," she looked to Jax, "the club has taken a new route. I have to say, Jackson, I'm impressed."
Jax gave her a nod. "Where is Daniel?" he asked.
She sighed, giving him a serious look. "In return for your immunity, Daniel had to implicate himself in this whole situation. He will be doing some time. But he told me to give this to you." she said, handing them both a letter.
Tig stood quietly taking everything in when his mind went to Hale. He was a loose end that they couldn't fix. "What about Hale?"
Patterson gave him a small smile. "Hale was found in an alley not far from his office a week ago. He was taken to St. Thomas. He's facing some charges as well once he's released."
Happy smirked at the news. He laid a hand on Tasha's shoulder, giving it a light squeeze. She looked up at him with a small smile. "This is finally over."
Patterson excused herself and went to walk away. Before opening the front door she gave them a smile. "Jackson, What I said to you earlier. I meant it. I am impressed. Not many can get out of the life you all were living. It's good to see you turn it around."
