Juice squinted as he opened his eyes for the first time since the accident. His head was foggy and ached. He could feel someone holding his hand and moved his head slowly to see Tasha sitting in a chair, her head laid on his bed. He cleared his throat so he could speak but her head jolted up before he could say anything.

"Juicy," she whispered as she smiled sadly. "Do you need anything?" she asked.

He shook his head and instantly regretted it. Closing his eyes against the pain, "Hap?" he asked.

"Still in surgery." she said, fighting back the tears that threatened to spill. She got up from the chair, "I'll go get the nurse." she said as she kissed his cheek.

Before she could leave he squeezed her hand and held her in place. "It wasn't an accident." he said groggily. "I need to talk to Jax." She nodded and headed out the door in search of her brother.

In the waiting room, Jax and the rest of the guys were in deep conversation about what to do. "This needs to end tonight," Jax said through gritted teeth. "We know where Lowen is and Daniel can help with what we need to do." he began.

"We need to think about this." Bobby said as he tried to reign Jax in. "We can't just go busting in with bullets flying. Not with what Juice uncovered. We have to think smart."

"Fuck that. This has gone on long enough. My sister was shot, Our clubhouse shot at and now we have two brothers in the damn hospital. This needs to end."

Tasha came rushing into the waiting room, breaking up whatever argument they were having and pulled Jax aside. "Juice is awake. He wants to talk to you." she said, trying to catch her breath. He knew she was emotionally drained and could see that with everything going on in the past month, she was starting to break,

Jax nodded and followed her to the room. "He say anything to you?" he asked reaching the room. She shook her head as she opened the door. Jax looked over to Juice who looked more innocent than he ever had before. "How you doin?" he asked him.

Juice shook his head and furrowed his brow. "This was no accident." he said. His voice a little stronger. "It was Lowen's goons. When we hit I was still awake. I saw them come to the van and I played dead. They grabbed Hale and left in a black SUV." Jax exhaled hard as he took in the information. "When they left, I tried to get out of the van to get Hap, but I was pinned. I couldn't move." tears began to well up in his eyes as he recounted the accident and what happened before they were brought into St. Thomas.

Tasha couldn't hold the tears back any longer. She sat in the back of the room. Listening to Juice recount what had happened. It didn't make any sense. "How did they know where you were?" she sniffled.

Juice couldn't answer that question because he had no idea how they would know where they were or how they would know. "I don't know." he said in defeat. "We both watched our surroundings."

Their conversation was cut short when Sam came in looking for Tasha. "Doctor is looking for you." She said.

Tasha got to her feet and headed out of the door with her. "Is he ok?" she asked, looking at the doctor.

The doctor sighed heavily, before guiding her to a chair in the hallway, sitting with her. "He's alive. He crashed twice, but we were able to repair his lung and get the bleeding to stop. He's not out of the woods yet." He explained. "We have him in an induced coma to help repair his body. He was down for awhile when he crashed the second time. We don't know the damage yet."

Tasha sat in the chair as the doctor excused himself and felt her world start to cave. This couldn't be happening. She got up from her chair, completely numb and headed for the waiting room. Tig noticed her first and ran towards her just as her legs gave out on her. Catching her, he brought her to a seat away from everyone and held her. "It's gonna be ok, doll. We got you."

Lowen and his men had arrived at St. Thomas and headed for the ER. Watching the Sons as a tight knit group, he was calculating how he would finally end this nightmare. He needed to get his hands on Tasha, and after watching her he knew exactly how that was going to happen.

He called over to his head of security and gave him strict instructions to watch the girl and when she was alone to get take her. "You do this right." he warned. "We know anything on the two that came in yet?"
"The one with the stupid tattoos is still unconscious and the other one is in surgery. They don't know if he's going to survive."

Lowen nodded, "Make sure neither one make it out of here alive.
