When Happy got to Jax's he could see Jax and Tasha arguing. He felt a surge of anger rush through him as he saw Jax speaking to her in a heated way and immediately tried to intervene. "What's going on?" he asked.

Tasha looked relieved to see him. "Will you explain to my idiot brother that I'll be fine." she said sounding almost childlike.

He chuckled and looked at Jax. "I'll keep her safe." he tried to reassure his president.

Jax let out a defeated sigh and ran a hand through his hair. "You're gonna be the death of ne. Ya know that?" he groaned. "I'll meet you at the club house. Then you can explain what the hell is going on."

She smiled and kissed his cheek, dragging Happy with her towards the bike. "Let's go killer. I got work to do."

As Tasha went through her files one more time, Happy gathered the guys so she could let them into what she thought she had figured out. She knew she had the asshole by the balls. Both of them.

As everyone headed into the Chapel, she pulled Jax aside. "You need to let me to handle this shit my way Jackson. The last thing I need is for the club to get balls deep into my mess. Promise me."

Jax couldn't make that promise. He needed to make sure she was safe and in order to do that he had to be there every step of the way. "I can't promise you that. You need to know that as long as you're alive, this club is going to be there to back you up. Regardless of what you want. Do you get that?"

She nodded and closed her eyes as her reality sunk in. They had always been there to have her back and she had theirs. They were a family. She had to keep reminding herself that she wasn't as alone as she thought she was. "Fine." she said as Jax lead her into the Chapel.

As Jax took his seat, Tasha remain standing at the head of the table and thanked everyone for showing up. She laid out her files for the guys to look over again hoping they would see what she did. Bobby was looking over the detailed page of the last tail she made out at the shipping yard just outside of Charming.

"Bobby can you read that out loud for mw?" Just the description of the guy that Lowen had met up with that night."

Bobby did as she asked. "Tall, graying dark hair, stocky build," he started. The others were looking at her confused as they didn't understand what she was getting at. Tasha pulled out her laptop and went into the file of pictures she had snapped while tailing Lowen. These were the pictures she hadn't had a chance to print out yet and therefore hadn't showed the guys. She clicked on the picture that was the clearest and turned her laptop around for the guys to see. There on her screen was none other than the Mayor of Charming. Jacob Hale.

"We use him to get to Lowen." Tasha said as she looked around the table. She already had a plan cooking in her mind, she just needed a little help to execute it.

"How do we do that?" Jax asked as he looked over to her, leaning back into his chair.

She leaned against the table and smiled. "We do what we do best. We use our information against him. What would city counsel say if word got out that our beloved Mayor was in bed with a criminal?"

Jax looked at his brothers with a smirk. "We need to vote on this. It could get messy and we've just gone legit. All in favor say 'Aye'." In unison the men of SAMCRO agreed and slammed their fists on the table. "Well looks like we have a start to our plan." Jax smiled as he banged his gavel and got up from his seat. He wrapped his arm around his sisters shoulders and kissed her temple.

Tasha started to relax now that they had a direction to go in and had the beginning of a plan. She headed to the bar and grabbed herself a beer and made her way outside to the picnic table to get some fresh air.

SHe had just lit a cigarette when she saw Happy walking towards her and smiled at her friend. "Hey, killer. What's up?"

"I need to talk to you about something." he said as he persched himself up on the tabletop next to her. He took the cigarette from her hand and took a drag before handing it back to her.

Tasha's smile was soon replaced by a look of concern as she watched him. "What's wrong Hap? I've known you long enough to know that when you say you need to talk it's serious." she said. "Is it your mom? Is she ok?"

Happy smiled at her rambling and shook his head as he took a deep breath. It was now or never. He took her face gently into his hands and pressed his lips against hers in a soft kiss. She was stiff at first but soon returned the kiss. Happy moved a hand to the back of her head entangling is fingers in her hair. This felt right. She molded to fit him perfectly and soon he was feeling like he made the right move.

When he broke the kiss he looked into her big green eyes and smiled. "I've wanted to do that for so long." he chuckled as he took her hand in his. "I'm no good at talking about how I feel and shit. But I do know that I love you. I have for a long time." He got up from the table and walked back towards the clubhouse feeling good about what he had just laid out for her.

Tasha was left with a look of confusion slapped on her face. Did that just happen? She thought as her fingers unconsciously moved to her lips. She could still feel Happy's lips on hers as she stared at the clubhouse. A smile creeped up on her lips as she thought about him. She couldn't believe that he had the same feelings as she did. She quickly finished her beer and got up from the table heading for the clubhouse to look for him.

She was about to head for the dorms where she knew he would be when she heard Juice yell. As soon as the words, had left his mouth shots were fired at the clubhouse. She tried to duck as broken glass and bullets littered the mainroom of the clubhouse. She felt the hot searing pain of a bullet hitting her before she fell to the ground.
