"Hello...?"
"Hey Y/N.I uh,saw what you did to Ivy..."
"I swear its not what you think,I'm not that violent normally."
"I know,she looked horrible,and I think you broke her nose.."
"Yeah..."I said feeling a bit ashamed.
Suddenly I heard loud laughing on the other line.
"W-why are you laughing?"
"Its just,you put Ivy in her place so well!No one's ever had the guts to do that.What's even better is shes gonna suffer the consequences for it."
"Oh well....I guess so,I feel like I'm gonna be the gossip topic of the school."
"Trust me you are,but not because of anything bad,everyones' praising you for finally standing up to Ivy."
"Really?"
"Yeah.Plus,I thought it was pretty bold,I like girls with attitude."
My heart rate began to accelerate again,but I quickly calmed it down.
"I dont believe that came out as you intended."
"Yeah,probably not,but who cares?Anyway,whats your punishment?There's no way you didn't get one,after all,you broke someone's nose."
"You just had to mention that.But yeah I have after school detention for a week and I have to join a club or sport."
"WHAT!That's It??!"
"Yeah..."
"I hate you Ro'Meaves'."
"Oh whatever Gene,then why are you still on the phone with me?"
"Hm...I dont know..."
"So...Can I hang up now or-"
"Dont!I uh..I'm enjoying our conversation."
"Then maybe you should call me more often."

Me and Gene talked for a little longer before I hung up.He asked if he could call me tomorrow and of course I said yes.It seemed like things where going right for once...
