Don't you hate it when you're doing crosswords, and you just can't get that ONE word......but in the end, it was the most obvious answer.

I was working a crossword in the newspaper, and it asked me; a wild, green vegetable.
So I sat there, and I thought really hard........ but in the end I left that one blank and the very next day went to look for the answers.
Guess what it was!!!

OF ALL THE WORDS IT COULD HAVE BEEN, IT HAD TO BE THE FIRST TWO!!!!!
