The day started normally.

Everyone in the household ate breakfast together, Tom and Tord had their usual fight. Completely normal.

Tom and Tord were currently watching whatever was on TV, Edd was hanging out with Matt and Matt was doing his laundry.

"And that's why I like Jake and Christine as a couple!" Matt concluded his speech and shoved his pants in the drawer.

Suddenly, on his phone's playlist, A Guy That I'd Kinda Be Into started playing.

Matt perked up and Edd seemed ready to join in on the song.

Tord and Tom seemed to have heard the familiar beginning and ran into the room, Matt kinda converted all of them.

"Say there's this person you pass in the hall everyday." Matt started singing.

Tord slid in, "You've known him since 7th grade." Of course his accent intervened but they were all use to it and even made a Norwegian Christine because they thought the concept would be interesting.

"You're used to thinking about him in a certain way." Matt continued.

"From the person that he displayed." Tord sang.

The two continued their shared Christine part, Edd played the Squip and chorus, Tom played Jeremy.

Why was Tom, Jeremy? Blue. That's why.

They neared the end of the song, Tom surprisingly willing to sing with Tord and Matt.

"The guy that I'd kinda be into." Tord sang.

"The guy that you'd kinda be into." Tom sang his Jeremy part.

"Ya," Matt said, Tord and Tom joining him in the last line.

"The guy that I'd kinda be into.." The trio sang.

Edd watched, he smiles at them getting along.

"Is~" Matt held the note.

Tord opened his mouth to say Jake when Matt slapped his hand over his mouth. "Edd!" Matt suddenly yells.

Edd's face heats up with blush, Tom looked like he expected it but was still surprised, Tord was completely surprised.

"Dammit Matt! I was gonna say Tom." Tord moved Matt's hand.

Tom lights up with blush.

Matt simply shrugs and chuckles nervously, Tord elbows him lightly.

The song had already moved onto a different song in Matt's musical playlist, Think Of Me started playing in the background.

Tord silently glared at Matt, who was intimidated by the death glares.

Edd and Tom were completely flushed and baffled.

Finally, Tord spoke up after finishing his death glares, "Anyway." Was all he said.

"I-I um. Matt. D-Do you really like me?" Edd stuttered out.

Matt nods with no hesitation or shyness.

Edd's excitement builds and explodes in a matter of seconds, he jumped on Matt and hugs him.

Tord and Tom leave to give them privacy.

"S-So..?" Tord looks at Tom, blushing lightly.

Tom remained speechless and left to his room.

Tord sighed sadly and goes into his room.

The next day was awkward for the two, they didn't fight, talk or even really move from their rooms.

They just grabbed their food and retreated back into their domains.

Edd and Matt, now an adorable couple, were getting concerned.

They made a plan, Matt checks on Tord, Edd checks on Tom.

Both men launched the plan and went to the two.

Tord was stress building, a habit he developed. Tom was mindlessly strumming Susan.

Edd sits on Tom's bed, Matt taps Tord's shoulder.

Tom looks at Edd with his usual blank stare, Tord looks at Matt, bags slowly forming under his eyes.

"Tom, I need you to pull yourself together for me." Edd said softly and in a slight mother tone.

"Tord you need to talk to him, stop stressing like this, it isn't good." Matt said, pushing the work in progress away.

Tom sighs and puts Susan down gently, he gets up and silently leaves.

Tord takes in a breath and nods, "Alright." He gets up and goes out.

Edd follows Tom quickly, Matt follows Tord.

The roommates meet in the hallway, Tom giving his blank stare and Tord holding a nervous expression.

Edd seemed worried and Matt seemed confident.

No one moved, no one spoke. It was just an empty silence that loomed over them.

Suddenly, Tom hugs Tord, despite the height difference.

Tord, surprised and taken back, hugs back.

Tom clings onto him, taking it all in.

Edd's worry vanishes and he smiles at the two.

Matt smiles more.

"I'm so sorry Tom. I just dropped the confession out of no where. I should've done it at a more appropriate time and alone." Tord says quietly.

Tom pulls back from the hug, "Shut up you commie." Tom nuzzles himself into Tord.

Tord wraps his arms around him and enjoys the moment while it lasts.

Edd and Matt leave them be, going off to be their own cute couple.

"I guess you're a guy I'd kinda be into as well." Tom chuckles at his horrible pun.

Tord laughs and hesitantly kisses his forehead.

Tom rolls his non-existent eyes and pulls Tord in a kiss.

Sealing their love once and for all.

I think that was pretty good, compared to other stories I've written, this was good for me.
