Hello hello! How's everyone doing?! It's been a long week for me but I have something quite important to share. Please spare a second to read <3

Big news!! I feel so proud to let you know that this book made it to Watty's 2018 Longlist?!! What??! Yeah, I was pretty surprised myself. I don't know how the whole thing works but I'm super thrilled.
As you know from reading, the book is not just your average romance but also deals with vital concepts in society on marriage, divorce perspectives influenced by varying cultures, spousal abuse of forms and importance of taking a stand against them - among other underlying factors.
These characters are not your ideal, perfect ones. They are meant to portray realistic ones with very much relatable flaws and differences in ideologies. As such, it's a project for me different than other books I've written in past and like others, close to my heart. So having this recognition is no less than an honor and thank you to each and every reader and commenter for your support! My concept is incomplete without my intended audience <3
I hope we make it to the short list too but even if we don't, this in itself is a milestone for me as an aspiring writer and it acts as a HUGE motivator to keep on this path! I will continue to write to the best of my ability and as I keep exploring myself as a writer, I will keep searching for ideas that have a message to share... challenging myself and the imperfect world we reside in.
Share the book and help me make it bigger <3
Now, more specific to future updates, do be assured that chapter xvii was not the last. Sorry you thought that the way I concluded the chapter! As for missing updates last week, I think I mentioned earlier it would happen on my profile and also here: https://www.wattpad.com/623589519-meet-the-author-the-big-move
It is quite possible it'll happen again as I don't have chapters pre-written and I can only update when I'll have time to write something good. In advance, thank you for being understanding!
Shall post the next chapter soon. Just proof-reading. Stay tuned!
Lots of love,
Khushi.
