There was silence. An endless silence. Perhaps it was because of fear, or maybe they were thinking. Thinking of what to do. All Louie and Webby knew was that it seemed like all color had been drained from the world, Huey and Scrooge seemed to be frozen in time, and Dewey seemed to be knocked out on the ground, the statue was gone, and what seemed to be the illuminati sign was floating above them.

"Hey there! Names Bill!" Bill said with a distorted demonic voice.

Louie sat on the ground shaking in fear, while Webby stood her ground with a determined face.

"What did you do to everyone?! Why are Huey and Uncle Scrooge frozen?! Why is everything black and white except us?! What did you do to Dewey?! And I what are you?!" Webby asked glaring at Bill.

"Someones a little cranky today." Bill said.

"OF COURSE I AM!! LOOK AT WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!" Webby yelled, she was holding back tears of fear but she wasn't about to let this Bill guy see.

"Aw, aren't you precious! Tell ya what, I'll tell you EVERYTHING but then you'll have to do something in return.. consider it a DEAL!" Bill said.

Webby glared at him, "I would NEVER make a deal with you!! You don't have anything I actually want anyways!!" She turned to face Louie who was paralyzed with fear, man he really was good at lying, but scared of dying.

Louie looked up at Bill with fear in his eyes, finally building up the courage he asked, "W-what did y-you do to Dewey?!"

Bill looked down at Louie and started laughing. "I killed him"

Shock and rage displayed itself on Louie and Webby's faces.

Until, "HAHA just kidding!! Man you kids are gullible!" Bill chuckled.

"Wha.. dude that is messed up!!" Louie yelled, outraged. Webby glared at Bill, but stood her ground.

Bill looked at them before saying, "I'm not spilling anything unless you're willing to make a deal! But in the meantime just wait until he wakes up!" Bill flew up a little higher looking down on them.

Webby looked up and remarked, "and how do we know you actually have answers?"

Bill turned red as he replied with, "I know lots of things kid, LOTS OF THINGS!!" Bill then tipped his hat. "I can tell you aren't to sure on a deal yet. I'll take my leave! Until then I'll be watching you! I'LL BE WATCHING YOU!!" His voice only seemed to get more distorted as a circle surrounded him and he disappeared.

Color returned to the world. Huey and Scrooge started moving again. Webby was standing with tears in her eyes, while Louie was on the ground shaking, and Dewey was lying where the statue had been unconscious. Huey and Scrooge were confused, to them it had only been a second when all of a sudden everyone seemed to change their positions.

Scrooge ran up and questioned, "Now what happened here?" Webby started explaining it while Huey listened and helped Louie up hugging him. As Webby finished, Scrooge looked at her with a serious look.

"This is bad. We better have Dewey looked at." With that Scrooge picked up Dewey and carried him while searching for the portal. Scrooge eventually found it and all of the ducks went through, back home.

Scrooge had put Dewey in the private hospital room in the money bin, while the rest of them searched for clues as to what Bill was in Scrooges library. Scrooge had Huey and Louie go search the normal library while he and Webby searched the private library.

"So you're saying he looked like the illuminati?" Scrooge asked while reading a book on the illuminati.

"Yes, but I don't think they were tied seeing as they have nothing in common." Webby states, Scrooge watched as she made her way around the library as if she'd been there before.

Suddenly the library door burst open. Huey and Louie running in.

"LADS ARE YOU MAD?! Stop bursting through doors and just open them already. Curse me kilts did Donald ever teach you manners?!" Scrooge yelled, alarmed.

Huey looked up at his uncle and showed him a book, "We think we found out what Bill is! Or at least a clue!"

Scrooge looked at the book, it was about unexplained cave paintings. He flipped through the pages until coming on a page with pictures of cave painting of an illuminati type figure that had a circle around it.

"Lass is this what you meant by that circle?" Scrooge asked worriedly.

Webby looked at the page and hesitated before answering, "Yup! Thats the one!"

Scrooge looked down, "It's just as I feared. Bill is a Dream Demon" he said.

Webby gasped, "OF COURSE!! How did I not figure that out." She said facepalming. Huey and Louie looked at Scrooge with confused expressions.

"Uncle Scrooge what's a Dream Demon?" Louie asked, while Huey was looking for them in his Jr Wiodchuck Guidebook.

Scrooge looked at them before saying, "It's hard to explain, but I'll try. A dream demon is a demon that haunts your mind. He can cause bad dreams and speaks to you through the mindscape. Unless he achieves a physical form. The dream demon can also possess you, though I'm not sure how." Scrooge looked at them all. "I don't know much but I know they have powers that exceed beyond this realm and they are NOT to be taken lightly." He sighed as he studied the book even more.

Huey and Louie looked super worried.

Huey looked up with teary eyes and asked, "Will Dewey be ok?! What if Bill did something really bad to him?!"

Scrooge looked down at his nephews and reassured them, "I've had tests done and there isn't any damage done. He's just passed out and over exhausted."

Louie looked up at Scrooge confused, "w-what does that m-m-mean?!" He asked.

Scrooge simply replied with, "He's going to be asleep until he has enough energy. Then he'll be back to the same old Dewey we know and love." Scrooge smiled but in his head he ended the sentence with "hopefully"

Scrooge and the ducklings exited the library only to be greeted by a nurse.

"Mr Scrooge, we're going to need you to come with us. Something's happened."
