We had been preparing for vidcon, Steve, Erik and I all week. Id been busy prepping ideas and finalizing what we wanted in the Netflix booth. I was a nervous wreck to see what the world thought of the show that was safely tucked away in my head for 9 years. Everyone involved assured me they'd love it but I wasn't sure.

"Oh wow, this is incredible!!" Erik said, his excitement was usually deadpanned but he was actually beaming. "What's this for?" He asked pointing to a camera booth.

"I think it's the Miranda thing." I peeked at the camera screen and saw a Miranda in it. "Yeah, it is. People can take pictures with me and I'm not even here, how cool!!"

He nodded, as Christopher told him to take some and he got up in front of the camera. Just as he did a few people came to make sure I liked the booth, as Erik walked out of the way for me to take my photos I smiled.

"Erik, take them with me." I said, asking where Miranda was.

"Oh, ok." We took several photos together and laughed at how they turned out.

We spent the rest of the afternoon checking out the booth and looking at the other booths. We found the Fuller House booth and jessica, Rachel and I were fangirling so hard. We took some pictures and Erik vlogged on Christopher's camera and I couldn't believe it. I was proud of him, but he wouldn't do it on mine.

Later in the shuttle I teased him about it and he took my camera and vlogged himself on my camera and I can't explain what I felt. My world was so bizarre to him and Steve and Francesca and for any of them to show interest melts my little old heart.

We decided to go out to dinner with everyone who was at the booth. When we got to our little pub Erik guided me towards the table and pulled out a chair for me, which I happily took. He sat down and my family sat down around us, they adored Erik and I was so happy. He picked a menu for me and passed the rest out before taking his own and immediately flipping it open to the beer selections.

I giggled, "You love your beer, don't you."

He nodded, not looking up from the selection. "You know that I do. I love a good ale, what are you getting? Mmm Coke?" His tone was mocking, his smile was sincere.

"Ohhh okay, okay Stocklin." I joked.

Everyone at the table laughed and we fell into playful banter while we picked out our orders. As we waited we were watching one of the TVs in the sports bar and saw a commercial that Erik had done. I immediately turned to him and squeezed his arm, "Omg look!"

He was embarrassed, but I couldn't have been more proud! He played a Daddy driving his newborn and his wife home in a safe car, Erik as someone's husband and father hit me in the gut. That would eventually happen, I'm sure he mentioned wanting a family just that it wasn't what his future with Mekenna looked like. Why wasn't I okay with the thought of him with someone else that way?

I heard Christopher, "We were eating and saw a car commercial and look who it is!" , he was vlogging and I jumped back into the moment and he nervously drank his beer.

"It's Erik Stocklin!" I cooed, what are the odds of that playing tonight?

"Great, that's great." Erik mumbled while Kory cooed his name at him and I couldn't stop cheesing. Being in a commercial was cool, but I couldn't shake how good 'family man' looked on him.

We wound up back at my hotel room, Erik sat at the desk chair, I on the bed and Francesca laid beside me, Steve sat on the other bed.

"How have you never played Uno!?" I gasped, totally judging Erik.

He shook his head, "I don't really have anyone around me who plays games." He smirked but you could see it bugged him.

"Okay, we are SO playing! You two in?" Steve shrugged and Francesca groaned.
