(My headcanon)
Francis loves baking in his spare time. He actually has a small bakery located in central Paris.
He loves the reactions costumers have whenever they taste his pastries; it fills him with joy, and makes him feel special.
One of the only things that can calm him down nowadays; besides Arthur, of course.
