Francis got his head chopped off in the guillotine during the French Revolution. Since nations can't die unless their country fails, he was a talking head for about a day. That was, until he managed to talk a woman into sewing his head back on....haha.
From that day, Francis has a scar on his neck that runs a whole 360. And even as a talking head, he still was fABULOUS!
