(My headcanon)

He and Alfred are big fans of Christmas; while Alfred loves decorating and getting 'pumped for the holidays', Matthew prefers to have a nice chat with his brother by a fire, just enjoying the time they have off together.

But they do have one thing they enjoy doing together;

Giving.

It doesn't matter what; they'll give anything they can with no intention of receiving anything in return. They believe everyone should be catered to at some point.
