How come there is so much ego?Live in harmony, have faith, and exercise patience, for you entered this world with nothing and will leave it with nothing when you pass away.Everything will work out according to plan because Allah is keeping an eye on everyone.

Anisa:
As soon as we heard Ayman's voice, we both just stared at each other. Mayra's expression changed because they had previously experienced something, but I had told Ayman to move on because people come and go in life.

She moved away from me and sat in the chair next to my bed, saying, "Oops, sorry you might be hurting."

"I am fine," I answered her. Ayman remained silent, only standing at the door and not mentioning anything else.

I told the nurse, "I am going to lunch, but please take care of yourself, do not take too much stress, and today we will go for walk in the evening in the outside garden." My friends nodded, and the nurse left, leaving me with these two, one of whom was giving Mayra the death glare.

My back and legs ached so much that I tried to sit up straight and adjust my posture, but I was unable to do so. Oh Allah, when will this all end?

After Mom had left to prepare lunch, Ayman approached my bed cautiously and stood close to it.

I called Ayman softly in an attempt to soothe him. I knew he had told her not to reveal her identity, but I missed having both of my friends in my life.

His harsh words made Mayra flinch, and my eyes grew wide as well. "Yeah yeha I know how forgiving you are you will just listen to her fake tales and forgive her," he said.

I hope the nurse does not come by right now because she will be furious to see them all at once, but it has been a week and a few days. Right then, we heard another unknown voice at my door.

"She is changed," he said, smiling at her as he approached us.

"She has shared with me everything, including how she entered your lives and how she saw Ayman years later, but I advised her to confront him and ask for forgiveness," he remarked as we looked at Mayra in search of further details.

"My husband and I had a small wedding, but I told him the truth about my sins and he forgave me and changed me into a better Muslim," she said confidently, her face red and eyes shining with love for her husband. She even wore a hijab that suited her and looked good in it.

"Yeah, she might have another lover and is cheating on you," Ayman accused Mayra, and her eyes welled up with tears. She wiped them away, and her husband approached her and squeezed her hand.

"I understand that I deserve every bit of your hatred. Ayman I cheated on you with someone else and married someone else who sent me a proposal. I got what I deserved, and the guy I cheated you with ran away with another girl, leaving only a note," Mayra told us, her voice filled with regret and shame. She looked down and asked for forgiveness.

"I knew Anisa liked you a lot, but I tried to separate you both," she admitted, and Ayman's eyes widened after hearing what she said, as if he did not realize how much I liked him.

"Forgive me, please, Ayman, for the twelve years of friendship I lost."I pleaded with him specifically to forgive her so that we could reunite as the best friends.

"Fine, just because you are saying Anisa for you," he said, smiling. Mayra's husband smiled as well, and she hugged me once more.

"Oh sorry thank you thank you so much both of you I missed you guys we can cherish our days again," she said, unaware that I could not be the same so soon because so much had changed.

Ayman and Mayra's husband hugged each other and talked about business while we talked about other things.

When I told her how Ayman asked me for 12 days and did everything, her eyebrows widened in surprise.

"You know Ayman really likes you," she told me as she looked at her husband, who was busy with Ayman.

"You like him too, do you?"She asked, and I looked away shyly.

"He deserves better, and you are going to help me find him someone, right?"I asked her, hoping she would agree because mom refused and no one was supporting me; who knows what would happen if I got a tumor again?Even my father did not support me...

"Why are you pushing him away?"She asked me. I knew everyone wanted to know the answer; all I wanted was for him to have someone who could support him, walk with him, work with him, and so much more. When he wanted to propose, he asked me, but I declined, so he said he would keep asking until I agreed.

Just then, mom and dad came to check on me because it was lunchtime. Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to have both of my parents by my side.

"How is my daughter?"Dad asked, and I replied as he moved towards the guys and continued talking until I noticed someone next to me instead of Mayra.

Everyone left for zhur prayers while I sat and read a romance book, and Mayra went to help mom, but as I was reading, I heard footsteps and looked up to see Ayman with a smirk and a wide smile.

I noticed that there were still ten minutes left for prayers. Why was he here?

As I told you, keep looking for a girl for me, but I will not give up and will ask you repeatedly, "Will you marry me?"He asked and kissed me on the forehead.I requested that he return his ring and end the relationship, but he declined and departed to pray.
