{2 years later} This one is REALLY long 😅
{Corbyns POV}

"Are you sure you wanna go back babe?" My fiancé of six months, Jonah Marais asked me. I nodded quietly while hugging his torso.

"Jonah?" I asked. "Yes?" He replied. "What if we don't like it there?" I asked staring into his Eyes. "Then we move to Minnesota." He said and kissed my forehead. I smiled and threw my bag over my shoulder.

I called an Uber before grabbing Jonahs hand and leading him out of our now empty apartment. He smiled widely as we walked through the entrance doors of the building. "Free at last." He said. I giggled.

"Oh there's our Uber." He said, pointing at a Honda Accord. We walked across the street and climbed into the back seats of the car. "Where to on this fine morning?" The elderly man smiled at us. "JFK sir." Jonah said. The man smiled and we pulled away from the building.

"The beginning to our new life." Jonah said to me. I blushed and intertwined our fingers, laying my head on his shoulder as we zoomed down the busy New York highway.

We finally arrived at the airport and got out, giving the man a 25 dollar tip. He thanked us genuinely before leaving. "He was nice." I Said, looking up at Jonah. He nodded before kissing my forehead.

We walked through the glass sliding doors and through baggage check and security. "OOOO STARBUCKS." Jonah excitedly yelled. I shushed him before pulling him into the popular coffee shop.

We ordered our coffee and walked to our gate C16. "Here we are." Jonah said. The sign reading "Los Angeles California." Flowed in red neon lights. I smiled widely.

"First class is now boarding the aircraft. Please get your boarding passes out before reaching the desk." The intercom for our gate boomed, making me jump. Jonah held out our boarding passes as we got to the desk, the woman scanned them and cleared us to go on.

Jonah happily skipped onto the plane, leaving me behind. I chuckled while trying to catch up. I finally did when I found him in his seat. "Asshole." I giggled before kissing his soft lips.

"Sit down babe." He said taking my bag and putting it under the seat in front of us for me. I smiled at him and thanked him for doing it. I got cozy in the pod and looked at the screen on the seat in front of me.

The safety commercial was playing on all the screens in the airplane. "That lady is eating a banana back there." Jonah pointed out. We laughed loudly before being shushed by a flight attendant.

"The flights duration will be 6 hours and 37 minutes. There will be complimentary drinks and a meal." The flight attendant said through the intercom system. Jonah smiled. "I love food." He chuckled with a cheesy grin.

~6 hours and 40 minutes later~

"Wake up sleepy." Jonah cooed in my face. My eyes fluttered open gently before noticing we had landed and it was once again morning. I stood up and stretched before kissing Jonah with a huge smile.

"Welcome to Los Angeles, California. Local time 6:28am." The pilot said. Jonah grabbed my hand and pulled me off the plane, running up the boarding runway. He burst out of the door to see the familiar gates.

Memories flooded back quickly, making me stop and stare outside for a few seconds. "Corbyn?" Jonah asked, wrapping an arm around my waist. "I'm fine. I promise." I told him. He nodded and we walked down the moving walkway.

We got our bags and patiently waited for our Uber. "It's hot." I said removing my jacket. "You'd think it would be colder than this in February." Jonah chuckled.
