A mystery solved

Mak's pov:
As i run through rubble I begin to catch up with the figur, it has dropped down from the rooftops onto the alleyway. It must be a trap, but we cant lose her.

It must be her, i think to myself before she stops a few meters before me igniting her bloody lightsaber with her back to me and her robe hooded over her. "Stand down solidier." She says looking back at me over her shoulder showing a hint of evil within her dirty gold eyes.

"You are no longer part of the republic, you do not command me." I say taking out my mandalorian blasters.

Silence is all thats around as we both wait, we both know whats about to happen and she knows she has the upper hand.

I have to take my chance, i think to myself as i lift up one of the blasters firing it at her but to no effectas she deflects it using her lightining speed reactions redirecting the shot past my head and picking me up and choking me with her dark side energy that now fills her once peaceful heart.

Everything slows down before my eyes as she thrusts her weapon of evil in order to penetrate my heart and drain the life out of it.

Its better to die for something rather than nothing i think to myself as suddenly a double bladed lightsaber flies past my head hitting her lightsaber and causing a flash before my eyes as i suddenly drop to the floor.

Pari backs up into a dead end as Nala stands in front of me with her guard up staring down Pari. "You shouldnt've gotten so close to her." Nala says to me as i get up with a mild pain in back from the fall. "I know i was too eager to get revenge though." I respond standing beside Nala.

"Your masters gone, leave." Says Pari or whoever is within her body.

This aggrovates Nala making her launch at Pari and exchange a series of lightsaber clashes as spontaneously
Nala hits Pari in the face with the hilt of her lightsaber spinning around and thrusting her lightsaber through her chest.

I stand in shock confused at what just happened as Nala turns around shocked, she clearly was not controlling her actions at that point in time.

Pari's eyes turn green once more as dark smoke escapes her body leaving a scream behind of a purely evil witch. "I-Im proud,Nala." Pari says between gasps for air. "What happened, why did you do all this?" Nala asks breaking down in tears. "Master? Please anwser!" Nala demands. "Chancellor Palpatine has to....die." she says releasing her last breath.

"Did i hear what I think I just heard?" I ask coming closer to Nala slightly concerned.

"Yes you did." She says before standing up and tunring to me with a determined look. "Call the rest, we are going to ask Chancellor palpatine a few questions." She says walking past me. I nod not wanting to get in her and potentially get cut down too.
