"Alpha... I'm-- I'm so sorry."

Crawford didn't want to meet my eye as he bowed in front of me.

"If you didn't want me to operate another surgery on you, you shouldn't stress your muscles like that." Summer threatened.

She's stressed out today and so I demanded every one of them to leave the room.

"Your actions tell me you already know." I said, folding my arms over my chest.

"Yes, Alpha."

"You left without permission, you made me wait, you lost against a group of hormonal teenagers, lost your dignity, and disgraced the Blackburn Mafia Organization." I said, making everything clear.

"I am prepared to accept any punishment, Alpha Blackburn." He says.

In my organization, I have set some rules that involves their lives on the line so it's expected that they are ready to bow down under my gaze.

"That speaking, you will return to the North after you have fully recovered." I saw him flinched.

"And also I will be removing your position as the Beta of my organization, is that clear?" I can smell him on the verge of tears and filled with guilt.

"As you wish, Alpha." He whispers.

I didn't say anything more and left the room without another word. I may be harsh enough to remove his title, because becoming the next beta requires torturous training, and Crawford had the potential, but not the courage. I overlooked that and it was my mistake in bringing him along with me.

"You should take it easy on the guy. He just broke his body along with his heart." Spring tells me with her blue eyes glued on her computer.

I didn't respond as the doorbell rang and so I went to answer it.

"Ditching me after our fun last night-- oh. Hottie."

I raised an eyebrow at him as his eyes ran down from my face to my body. A pervert like this? It was none other than Cavis Swift. The guy who tried to ask me out the first day of class. I haven't seen him for days either.

"Pardon me for intruding. I didn't know you lived here." He says as he sends me a flirtatious smile.

"Just tell me what you want and get on with it." I muttered.

"You." He replied with a perverted smirk.

I didn't react and made a move to shut the door to his face when he pushed it aside.

"Whoa. Easy there, pup. Is Autumn here?"

Right on time, Autumn's red head appeared out the door beside me.

"Oh hey. You've been waiting." She speaks to him and ignores me.

"Yeah. Your friend here kept me company." Cavis said as he sent me a wink which I returned with a glare.

"Sorry. I'll be out in a minute." And with that, Autumn heads inside, leaving me and Mr Pretty Boy outside.

"Want to hang out sometime, sugar plums?" He says seductively and I had to brush it off before walking past him.

"Hmm. Not a talker. Definitely my type." I heard him mumble but having sensitive ears gives you the ability to hear it clearly.

I turned and made my way to the building.

"Girls, let's go to the mall!"

"Yeah. Weekends are awesome!"

I rolled my eyes at the girls who walked past me as I made my way to the study hall. The school is surprisingly open for a weekend...
