Okay... That was awkward.

I watched Winter walk out of the infirmary room that time. She's scary. Really scary. I dared not utter a word at Travil when he hurried out the door.

I took a deep breath, heading for the designated room. I knocked and pressed my thumb on the scanner before entering.

"Leave." Winter commanded.

"Nope. You are going to have your fucking dinner and I'm not asking your permission." Autumn snapped back.

Winter was already in her dress with Autumn pulling her up from bed.

"Autumn, I swear I'll rip your head off if you let me see that motherfucker again." She murmurs in gritted teeth.

"Shush with you. I am going to dinner and I'm not going alone."

I cleared my throat.

"Um... You have me to keep you company." I cut in but both ignored me.

"Come on." Autumn groans while Winter gave her the hottest glare I've ever seen.

"I. Am. Not. Going." But Autumn is having none of it.

How can she be so stubborn even if she knows how Winter will be if she pushed her limits?

"Yes. You. Are. Now stand up or I'll have to knock you out and drag you to the dining room. Choose, I won't object either way." Autumn pulls away and placed her hands on her hips.

This time, Winter didn't complain and stood in her full height, heading past me.

"Was she always like this?" I ask Autumn. She shrugs.

"She's awfully worse than before. I doubt she'll even eat a smidgen from her food."

The dining room was utterly silent... I had to crack up some subjects to lighten the mood but it would quickly die down. Ugh. Where's Jason when you need him?

A trail of heeled footsteps came and I had to stop myself from whining. Great. Now another one to make things worse.

"Sorry, I'm late. The kids from the training facilities were tough. And who's the new one?" I heard her ask as she sits in her chair in front of Winter, narrowing her eyes at Autumn.

Autumn looks up after drinking her wine and gave her a forced smile.

"Hi, I'm Autumn. You?" She said and it made Xena frown in confusion.

"Xena." She mumbles, placing a cut of meat in her mouth.

"So... Travil... Now that Autumn and Winter got out of the B-Class training course, I was thinking of putting them both on the field." I blurt out, waiting for the boss's approval.

"Field? What field? And B-Class? I thought they just got in?" Puzzled, Xena starts asking questions.

"In a just few days, they managed to walk out of the classes unharmed. They're the entire reason why the pride of the trainers' got shattered." Kevin explained for me.

Xena glanced at him, then at the girls beside me. Her expression mirrored confusion and disbelief.

"And you're taking them to the field after just a few days in the organization?"

I nod as response.

"Are you shitting me? It took years to get on field and they just got a few days?"
