Twenty-Five: All Ready

MADISON'S POV

So basically after the boys left we sat around in silence for a good 45 minutes before we finally started to speak, and us speaking was just deciding to go get breakfast. We rush downstairs, probably sounding like a pack of elephants because we were just stomping down them, not speaking or laughing.

The whole house was just really quiet, there was none of the usual bickering, no movie being heard, no band cuddles, no horrible jokes being told, not even the radio. Even Ashton wasn't laughing or trying to talk to anyone. We just grabbed donuts and sat on the floor, just eating. I'm pretty sure Michael was okay, but nobody really wanted to talk.

"Let's not do that again.." Lacey trails off and we just nod. Nobody wants to talk, nobody wants to do anything. After we eat, we remain on the floor and I stand up, doing to one thing that will get someone to say something. Anything really, or get people to get up and do something and have us all laugh because we really need that.

I turn on Spanish music because why the hell not? I mean, if it'll get people to move and do stuff then it's got to be worth a shot. I turn it up really loud and the girls start laughing, getting up and doing weird dances and I sigh in content, we're fine now. Ashton peeks his head in, and on top of his Calum appears, and Michael just walks in, not caring. He likes his hair anyways.

Ashton doesn't look too bad ginger, but he could look a lot better and then just... A blonde Calum just isn't happening. It's like a blonde Michelle Obama, not. happening. But nevertheless we still did it and it's real.

Michael joins us in dancing, and slowly the other two boys get over here. There is no sign on Luke though and Calum won't look at me but I guess it's better than nothing. Then I get a brilliant idea and run outside after grabbing some money, leaving everyone but they probably haven't noticed. I run into the nearest store and I probably look crazy, running around in a tank top and sports shorts but I need to get this.

I grab the hair dye and sprint back to the house, getting weird looks from everyone. Hopefully no paparazzi have seen me but, they probably have. I burst through the door and luckily, the girls have their phones so I'll have them send me pictures before we dye Calum's back. Brianna agrees to, and send the other boys as well.

"Calum!" I rush and accidentally bump into him. We fall to the floor and I laugh, he doesn't look at me still. I hold up the dye and shake it getting his attention. So I have the girls snap some pics, I also get one of me holding the gloves and Calum in the chair sent to me. So, I dye his hair and we wait a few before he rinses it out, coming out looking so much better.

Right after we dye his hair, it's about 2 in the afternoon already so we eat cold pizza because why the hell not? Cold pizza is not bad, it's actually better for you. Actually I have no idea what I'm talking about but lets pretend I do.

"Let's go swim again." we nod just getting up, I was in my own world thinking about if pizza was good for you. I then remember there's a hot tub, and we could always go for a walk in the woods but we don't. I've never been back in those woods, but I know they aren't that big. We couldn't possibly get lost in them, that's for sure.

"Put your bikini's on, but we should go for a walk in the woods." I suggest and they agree so we change quickly before rushing outside. We walk past the pool and further into the woods, coming across squirrels and that's about it. We laugh and Brianna, being the only girl that used to do cheering is doing back handsprings and kart wheels down the path and we all laugh and talk about it, then we spot a flowing stream about 4 feet deep.

"Let's jump in!" we plummet into the fresh water and splash each other, moving down the stream with it.

"This is much more fun than the pool." Jane adds as I splash her. She charges at me and holds me underwater before letting me float up and we just laugh. For a second, all the laughter is silenced and in that second you can hear the sound of running water.
