Midori was in the hospital. She had been found quite quickly after fainting. Her song took a large amount of chakra, the Hokage had sensed it and sent men to find her.

Midori had woken the next day, still exhausted. She had been scolded to no end and had been put on bed rest. It was worth it.

Although, she had been told time and time again not to use her power until she recovered, she searched the road to Konoha with it every day. Waiting for a glimpse of her team.

The nurse watching over her had been assigned to teach her how to read and write in the meantime, using etches. So she sat, restless in bed, her mood visibly better than the days before. She knew her team was alright and that they'd be heading home, now was the time for patience.

She was scanning the road again, the nurse interrupting her, scolding and ordering her to stop. She didn't, she jumped up, got dressed at whirlwind speed, and jumped out the window, nurse shouting after her. She'd deal with the punishment later, she'd seen them.

Stopping at the gate, she glanced at the guards, asleep, again. She should wait here, they were still a ways off, and she wasn't in THAT much trouble yet. But her patience had run out. She was done with being alone. So she ran, ran to them as fast as she could. Not caring that she really hadn't recovered yet, ignoring the burning in her lungs.

Then she saw them, she slowed down slightly and called the them with the biggest smile they'd ever seen. "Kakashi! Naruto! Minna!"  'Eh? Minna, she's calling out to us as well?' Sakura and Sasuke thought, wide-eyed. The team waved, a smile appearing on Naruto and Kakashi as well.

When Midori reached them she flew into Kakashi's arms, squeezing as hard as she could. The jounin returned the hug, albeit softer, and hid his face in the brunettes neck. "I missed you too, Midori." He whispered. She let go and turned to Naruto, flicking his forehead before hugging him as well. "Ouch! What was that for." "For not coming back sooner, baaakaaa."  Then she turned to the other two, stopping to think for a second, before bowing lightly. "Welcome home, Sasuke, Sakura." Still shocked they replied "Thank you, we're home."

All of a sudden she got a karate chop to the head. "Ah! What was that for, Kashi-nii!" "Don't act like you don't know, your voice, we heard it. Using your power over such a long distance, are you crazy? How long were you watching?" She looked away with a slight, fake, pout. "Not that long." Naruto not sensing the vibe then said. "Ah, that's right, Midori, thank you for snapping me out of it before I hit Haku." She looked at him in shock shushing him.

Feeling a dark menacing aura behind her, she turned, finding Kakashi seething behind her. She quickly tried to explain, hoping to avoid his anger. "But Kashi-nii, I sensed the k-.. I sensed that something was wrong. It was the second time that happened, I couldn't just do nothing! Besides technically I never left the village, my body was still here..." Kakashi looked at her puzzled for a little, wondering what she had wanted to say at first, when he realised his eyes widened slightly. "*sigh* We'll discuss this at home."

Sakura had now decided to talk, breaking the tension. "The song was really beautiful Midori-chan. It was really nice to do that for them." They all nodded at that, looking at Midori. She was surprised Sakura said something nice to her. Realising she should reply she quickly said. "Ah.. thank you.. I just, wanted to do something I guess." They nodded in understanding and started walking back towards Konoha. Together again.

Midori bid her teammates farewell as she followed Kakashi to the Hokage, he had to go report on the mission. When they had entered Midori stood off to the side. Letting the two men do the talking. The Hokage was surprised to see her there, out of bed, though he supposed he shouldn't be. Keeping her away from Kakashi when he was miles away was difficult enough, it was impossible if he was actually close by.

After Kakashi reported on team 7's mission the Hokage thought it only right to give him a report of what had happened with Midori. He had just gotten to the part where he had asked her if she could lead a team back there when Kakashi lost it. "YOU WHAT?!" He was seething but one strict look from the old man told him to hold his tongue. Which proved to be even more difficult as The Hokage told him about Midori's reaction.

Midori stood awkwardly to the side, sensing her brother's anger climbing with every word. When the Hokage finished Kakashi turned to her. "I'm sorry I got mad at you Midori. I understand now why you'd search for any way to get away from here and feel closer to me and Naruto. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, it won't happen again." Tears welled up in the girl's eyes and she ran to her brother, clutching onto him for dear life.

Kakashi turned to the Hokage with a defying look, lightly holding the back of Midori's head so she could remain buried in his vest. "I trust you will not order either of us to leave the village without one another again." The Hokage knew he had to admit defeat, he sighed and nodded, sending the siblings away. Their might not be any blood between them, but they had chosen one another, and developed a bond no one could break.

Kakashi and Midori stood infront of the door to their home but, before the joinin could enter, Midori stopped him. "Promise not to get mad again today." Kakashi looked at her puzzled but promised nonetheless. He opened the door and....

Realised immediately why she made him promise that. Empty cups of ramen were strewn around everywhere, along with packaging of snacks like crisps. Crumps littered the floor and dishes were piled up sky high in the sink.

Kakashi's eye twitched. 'Don't get mad, don't get mad, don't get mad.' An involuntary growl left his throat causing the girl behind him to squeek. "I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, I'll clean up right away." "How are you planning on doing that this is going to take days."

Midori stepped past him and went to the kitchen, starting on the dishes. Kakashi was just about to start picking things up when a breeze started up in the room. He looked at her and her eyes glowed as she spoke. "Could you grab a garbage bag and hold it open please." He did and, without ever stopping her washing, all the cups, packages and crumps floated into the air. Slowly they gathered together until it was all above the garbage bag Kakashi held open. The wind stopped, everything fell into the bag, and Midori's eyes stopped glowing.

'Well that's efficient' Kakashi thought and as he turned to the girl, who had by now done half the dishes, to praise her, when he saw her fall. Kakashi just managed to get to her before she hit the ground. "Sorry, I guess I really haven't recovered yet." Her voice was weak and Kakashi wanted to slap himself for not noticing the state she was in sooner. Chakra exhaustion was a big deal after all.

He put her in bed and was about to leave and finish the dishes when he felt her small hand latched onto him. "Please don't leave, can't you sleep beside me? Just for tonight." He sighed, she was too darn cute to refuse. He nodded and started to change. He removed his headband, vest, and pants changing into sweats.

Midori scooted over and held up the blanket for him. As he settled in next to her she spoke. "You can remove your mask you know, I can't see after all. Well, I can but that mask let's air through so I already know what you look like underneath." Kakashi couldn't help but chuckle and removed the mask. He wrapped his arms around her and she snuggled up to his chest as he lay his chin on top of her head. "Goodnight imouto." "Goodnight, Kashi-nii."

And so the both of them slept. Each getting the best night of sleep they had had in a long time. Because they knew they had eachother. They were once again...

Together.

Please include a full name, detailed appearance, age, sex and, most importantly, abilities. How good are they in taijutsu, ninjutsu. What weapons they use if any. Also what their personality is.

I might alter/mix and match ideas but will thank each of the people personally and place their names above the chapter/chapters where the character appears.

Thank you in advance.
