Does He Know?

I was now sitting at my window, listening to the songs of the Mirkwood birds. I decided not to go out of my room today. Its been days since we came home from our journey in Erebor. I didn't get to see Thranduil after that night because I have to ready myself for something... That is the thing that I might do whatever Lady Galadriel's reply on my letter for her that was sent days ago.

A knock on the door makes me go back to reality. I stood up and look for whoever knocked on my door. A guard stood firmly on my door is the first thing I saw when I opened the door. The guard looked at me then hr smiles and bow and gave me an envelope.

"A letter from Lothlorien, M'lady." The guard said. I just smiles at him and thank him for giving it to me.

I look at the envelope where the letter of Lady Galadriel was, very intently. I am nervous to what Lady Galadriel's reply to my letter. Would she agree to help me or not? Would I be out of my misery for just some moment or not? I am really,really nervous. I wish that  her reply would give me peace of mind just for this day.

I slowly opened the envelope and get the letter inside it then I opened the letter. The content of the letter brought wide smile on my face. According to her letter, she agreed to help me with this and that she and her husband are willing to keep me in Lothlorien whenever I wanted and that they're willing to lie for me.

Well, I guess I can have a peace of mind even just this moment only for I have to do the second step for my plan and that is to ask Thranduil to let me travel alone.

Speaking of Thranduil, I heard knocks at my door for almost every hour just for this day. Looks like someone wants to put prank on me. Since I can control myself, I just let that person knock whenever he wants and I will always be like a stupid one to stand up and open the door to see who's that person even if I  know that there's none there for every time I am near the door, I heard someone running away from it. There's nothing I can do. I lived as a humble, kind and generous person. I cannot change that not unless I become evil which I always avoid to be.

Because of the happiness I felt, I decided to go out from my room and look for Thranduil. I miss that guy. Even I am planning to leave him, it doesn't change the fact that I am in love with him and will always will.

I am walking going to the throne room when I noticed that it seems like all the people here in the palace didn't even notice me. Well, except the guard a while ago. Even if I am wondering why, I just walked passed them like a wind. When I arrived at my destination, I saw Thranduil sitting on his throne elegantly like he always does. I guess he fell asleep again as he sits on his throne for he didn't notice me walking near him.

He slowly opened his eyes when I gently shake his shoulder. His eyes looked sleepy yet his face looks he saw a ghost. He looks very shocked.

"What do you need? Why are you even here?" He coldly said. Why is he acting like this? Did I do something bad?

"Oh, nothing. I just miss you so I decided to look for you and here you are. Did you miss me too?" I said with smile on my face. He just look at me icily for a moment and then suddenly he just smirks.

"Oh, really? You did?" He asks back without even answering my question. I just smile at him and nods even though I feel very nervous because of how he acts just this time.

After a moment of looking at me with smirk on his face hr suddenly calls for guards and command them to take me away from him. I began to look at him with shock expression.

"W-what are you d-doing, Thranduil?" I said as I began to walk away from him. He didn't answer me. Instead, he's just looking at me while smirking. Wait, does he know something about my plan that's why he's doing this? This can't be.

"Take that good lady to where I told you to put her to like I commanded you a while ago." He said while still looking at me and smirking. The guards then grabbed both of my arms. They hold me gently but I still don't know what's going on.

"Thranduil, what are you doing?! At least tell me why!" I shouted and grabbing my arms away from the hands of the two guards. Since the guards are stronger than me, they just grab me away from the throne room.

Okay,.... So what's going on? Here's an update for you guys.... I am sorry for the slow update... I'm just busy with school stuffs. By the way, the first one that I published  with the same title with this chapter was deleted, I don't know how but here's the revised one for you....
