On Your Side (Thranduil Fanfiction-- The Hobbit & The Lord Of The Rings) Part 1

Chapter 84

"Ion nin, please do not think that I do not want Tauriel for you and neither did  your father. We are just thinking of you." She said when we reached the garden.

"I do understand what you wanted for me, Nana." I simply said and look at the stars above.

"You know what? Maybe when I am not here, the dwarves are now at the dungeons and can only escape during the Mereth -en - Gilith which is just almost a week from now and your father would not let you love Tauriel." She said while smiling. I looked at her when she said that.

"How'd you even say that?" I curiously said.

"Knowing your father's temper and everything, I knew it is what he's going to do." She said while smiling.  I just smiled back at her. She's right. My father doesn't have a good temper before.

"You know, the sky is beautiful but..." She suddenly said and holds her swollen womb. I looked at her curiously again.

"But... I think you need to take me to the healer now, son. You're brother's coming already." She whisper in which pain is visible on it. Me in shock, carried her and run inside and call the healers to come for Nana's going to give birth.

Its been a couple hours passed and Nana is still inside the room where she used to give birth. Ada on the other hand keeps on walking in slow pace and stops every time he hear Nana's scream because of pain.

After how many hours of waiting, Nana gave birth of an ellon. The child looks a lot like ada and me. I smiled when I held him in my arms.

"I see, the two of you really end up together after how many years." I heard Thorin said when father held my  brother in his arms while he sits beside Nana.

"We have separated  for how many years. We are not on good terms for almost 300 years. On the time that I  realized that I have to face the future, that is the time, me and her end up together again and had this little ellon here." I heard Ada told Thorin.

I know he's curious why ada only mentioned about my brother and not even mentioned me.

"How about your first born. You didn't even mention it. Don't tell me..." And my thoughts right. Sometimes I am ashamed that I even lived.

"The time that I thought  Jannidriel died in Lothlorien, I was forced to move on and so I reunite with Eluriel... After how many years, I told myself that I am now healed and I need to face what is in the present ... I had relationship with Eluriel and there where Legolas was made." I heard ada answered.

It is weird when you listened to the truth. It is like you made a story and they read it out loud in front of you. Very embarrassing.

"During the time that you left us there to be toast in the fire of Smaug, she came and helps saying you asked her to go back and help us." Thorin said while looking at Nana.

I left the room after I heard that. I have to check the palace surroundings for possible intruders. Now  that Nana already gave birth intruders have the time to intrude.

I am proud of my stepmother. She loves me and Ada and  my newly-born brother too. Hope she'll always be like that.
