The light faded and the stars appeared over head. The two boys were still sat in the clearing. Neither one was talking, they were both just lying on the blanket and enjoying being together under the stars once again. Their hands were linked together. Every once in a while someone would point at a constellation or whisper loving terms of endearment to the other. It was complete bliss... was.
The high tempo intro to AC/DC's Thunderstruck broke through the quiet ambiance of the dark forest.
"It's Charlie. Hello?" Dean answered his phone, turned on his side so he is facing Cas.
"Shit really?! I didn't even realise it's that late. We'll head over there now. I think he's realised. Okay we're going." Dean laughed as Cas suddenly remembered where he was supposed to be and quickly grabbed the basket and ran to put it in the car. Dean continued to lay on the blanket as he watched Cas run around.
"Dean get up! You know I'm supposed to be at the hospital!" Cas told him.
"Make me." Dean taunted jokingly. Cas rose to the challenge. He grabbed the side of the blanket and yanked it out from under Dean, causing him to roll over onto his back.
"Get your ass in the car!" Castiel laughed as he walked away to put the blanket in the trunk. Dean smiled as he got up and slid into the drivers seat. Castiel was already in the car and ready to go.
"Careful Cas, I get all tingly when you take control like that." Dean had slid across the seat and pinned Castiel to the door. His one hand on Castiel's thigh, and the other next to his head. Castiel became visibly flustered as Dean's lips came closer to his. Dean smirked and pulled away before he actually kissed the expectant man before him.
Castiel stayed in place against the door for a moment catching his breath and silently cursing Dean for being able to do this to him. Dean knew exactly how to push all the right buttons.
The drive to the hospital was quiet. Both boys were thinking of each other.
'God I want him.' Went through Dean's mind. 'Control yourself, if he's not ready you can't force him. Just wait. It will happen eventually.' Dean kept having to tell himself this. He planned on waiting until Castiel made a move because he wanted Cas to be comfortable with whatever they were doing but damn, Cas was making it very hard.
They arrived at the hospital in about twenty minutes. They looked at each towards each other before they went to open the car doors. This was a mistake.
Dean once again pinned Castiel to the car door but this time, didn't tease him. The kiss they shared was desperate and heated, as if they would die without it. Dean forced his tongue into Cas' mouth and explored every inch.
"God I missed you." Castiel breathed as Dean moved to kiss down Castiel's neck. A soft moan escaped Castiel's throat as Dean sucked a certain spot on his neck.
"I wanted to do this to you even when I didn't know who you were." Dean said in between kisses along Cas' jaw.
Dean moved one hand under Cas' shirt, wanting him to take it off. His other hand moved to Cas' ass which resulted in a gasp from Cas. Castiel's cast covered arm was placed around Dean's waist and the other tangled in his hair. They were both aware of the pressing arousal in their pants as Dean lightly ground down onto Cas.
"Dean" Cas breathed out. "We can't go into the hospital like this."
"Says who?" Dean continued to kiss and suck Castiel's neck.
"I'm serious. As much as I'd love for this to continue, we should head inside before Lucifer kills us." Cas laughed quietly. Dean backed slightly off of Cas, just enough to look in his eyes. They kissed then proceeded to fix themselves before getting out of the car and walking towards the hospital. Dean had to help Cas as he started having trouble since his arm was in a cast
"This is your fault. If anyone notices I'm blaming you." Castiel said to Dean with a smile, referring to the small bulge that was slightly noticeable on both boys.
"You were a willing participant, I didn't make you do anything. Also, it was one hundred percent your fault." Dean smirked as they walked onto the elevator.
"My fault?! You pinned me to the car." Castiel crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at Dean. Dean pinned Castiel to the wall of the elevator.
"If you weren't so sexy I wouldn't have to keep pinning you to things." Dean whispered into Cas' ear. Castiel flushed red and his pants became slightly tighter.
The elevator dinged and Dean stepped back before walking out of the elevator, Cas following closely behind.
"You assbutt!" Castiel punched Dean in the shoulder once he caught up.
"Great insult Cas." Dean laughed.
"Seriously Dean, what am I supposed to do about this?" Castiel blushed as a nurse walked by and eyed the two of them. They stopped outside the door into Lucifer's room. Dean smirked.
"Nothing right now. Maybe later we can help each other out." Dean winked.
"I'll think about it." Castiel said seductively.
"CAN WE GET SOME HELP IN HERE!" A scream came from Lucifer's hospital room. Castiel and Dean ran in.
Lucifer was coughing blood into the kidney dish that Michael was holding for him. He was twitching and convulsing. Doctors ran into the room and started talking quickly.
"We need to get him up to surgery now." Dr. Sheppard said to the room as they began to wheel Lucifer away. "I will have someone come out and give you updates as often as possible."
