Not Like Them

Zelda's POV

The drive was long. They also proceeded to put a bag over my head so I couldn't see where we were going. Once I felt the car stop and heard the doors I knew we were here. Wherever here is.

"Hey, easy!" I yelled as one of them grabbed me and pulled me out of the car.

There were two people who were grabbed each of my arms and lead me to wherever we were. I could tell this place was big just by how long we were walking for. We also went up a couple flights of stairs before I pushed to my knees and the bag was removed from my head.

My eyes took a second to adjust to the light. Once I did I saw this man sitting in what looked like some sort of throne. I looked to my sides and saw the first guy from earlier and the guy whose hand I chopped off with a rag over his bloody stump.

"So, you're the pain in the ass who killed two of my people." The man said. "Keith, take Roger to get his stump looked at."

Keith and Roger both leave. Then the man gets up from his throne and walks over to me.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Vlad." Vlad introduced himself. "But you can call me Lord Vlad."

I didn't say anything. I just continued to glare at him.

"You know, you have that same stupid look on your face as your mother." He told me.

"What?" I asked. "Where is she?! What did you do with her?!"

"Guards!" Vlad called before two guards in armor come over to us. "Throw her in the dungeon. I'll decide what to do with her later."

"No! Nooo!" I yelled as they both took ahold of me dragged me away. "What did you do with her?! Where is my mother?!?!"

Keith's POV

After I brought Roger to the infirmary I left and saw the prisoner we brought screaming hysterically about her mother. Then I went my back to my room where I saw a figure sitting on my bed and drew my sword.

"Relax Kiki." I heard my sister says as she walks over to me and moves my sword down with her finger tips. "It's just me."

"I told you not to call me that!" I tell her. "And what are you doing here anyways?"

"I think I should let you know that dad's planning on executing Herman tonight." Anna tells me.

"What?!"

"And I figured that since you 'secretly' go and talk to him every night in his cell that you should know." She told me with a sinister smile on her face.

"But he hasn't done anything wrong." I tell her. "He's just an innocent old man that dad locked behind bars."

"He said something about wasting space." She said.

"Why would dad tell you this and not me?" I asked her.

"Because dad knows what we all know, Kiki." She said getting very close to my face. "That you're weak."

She then turns around hitting me in the face with her hair before she walks out of my room. I knew I couldn't let dad kill Herman. So I rushed to his throne room where he was sitting on his throne.

"What did I tell you about coming in unannounced?" He said.

"Is it true that you're gonna execute Herman tonight?" I asked him.

"Yes it is." He told me. "And I'm assuming Anna told you that."

I nod.

"Well I also talked to her and she told me how you've been going to talk to him." He told me. "Would you care to explain?"
