Zelda's POV
It didn't take long until everyone found out the Tommy was the killer, or at least that's what they think. But Keith and I know are almost certain that it's Blake who's the killer. And maybe Amy too, but that could only be because she doesn't want to believe it's Tommy. Which is exactly why the three of us gathered at Amy's house to figure out a plan to probe Tommy's innocence.
"So what's the plan?" Keith asked.
"We tell Carl that Blake's framing Tommy." Amy told us.
"We can't." I warned her. "Carl and Blake are too close, if we tell Carl anything Blake can turn it around on us and then we'll all be locked up."
"Well we can't just leave him in there!" Amy yelled starting to get mad.
"We won't, we'll get him out." I assured her. "But we have to be smart about this. And I might have an idea."
"What do you need me to do?" Amy asked ready to help.
"Nothing." I tell her. I quickly notice how mad she looks and try to calm her down. "You're too emotional right now, I don't want you going off and doing something that could mess up the plan. Plus, you have Emily to think about."
She lets out a sigh. I could tell she was upset that she couldn't help save Tommy, but the best way of getting Tommy out of jail and exposing Blake was for her to sit this out.
"So what do we do?" Keith asked.
Then I started explaining the plan. And as long as everyone does their job then hopefully this'll work.

Blake's POV
I haven't been here very long. I normally just sit alone in the house while mom's out around town since she became the new leader. But today I decided to stop sitting around the house all bored and alone and went out to walk around for a change.
I didn't really know where exactly I was going, I just kept following the street. Until eventually I made my way to the wall. Mom told me multiple times to never go over the wall. But then I noticed there was a ladder on the ground.
"Hey." A voice said making me jump.
I look to where the voice was coming from and saw a boy around my age on top of the wall.
"I guess my ladder got knocked down." He said. "Mind picking it up for me?"
"Um...ok..." I said a little nervous as I pick up the ladder and leaning it against the wall under him.
Once I did that, I watched as he climbed down the ladder and was standing right in front of me.
"Um...I don't think you...um...should be going over the wall." I said trying to not sound too timid, which I'm pretty sure I was failing at.
"Oh, now I know who you are." He said. "You're the new leader's son, right? What's her name, Ronda or something?
"Rachel." I corrected him.
"Whatever." He said seeming like he didn't care. "Anyways, I'm Tommy."
He extended his hand to me wanting me to shake it, and so I did.
"I'm Blake." I told him.
"So you've really never been over the wall?" He asked me.
"No." I answered. "My mom says it's dangerous out there."
"Not really." He told me. "I go over all the time and I always come back completely safe. Sometimes there are a few deadheads out there, but nothing major. It's actually really fun to explore out there. You should try it sometime."
