Chapter 15 - The Morning After

Tyler woke up the next morning to the sound of Candi rose and Sasha arguing over whose turn it was to use the bathroom. He blinked and looked over to see Jody asleep next to him. He poked her in the ribs

Hey, what did you do that for said Jody yawning

Your in my bed, if anyone finds out we will both be in big trouble. No girls in boys rooms or boys in girls rooms, its like the most important rule, you know Mike and May Li will totally freak out.

They heard the argument over the bathroom escalating and then what they dreaded most Mikes voice

Tyler and Jody looked at one another

Quick get in the wardrobe hissed Tyler as he jumped out of bed

Jody sprang out of bed, grabbed her duvet off the floor and climbed into the wardrobe. Tyler shut the wardrobe door, just as there was a knock at his bedroom door.

Come in he responded

It was Finn, wondering if Tyler had seen his football socks. As soon as he left tyler breathed a sigh of relief and let Jody out of the wardrobe.

You need to get out of here

I know but how do I leave without half the house seeing?

Wait here, I'll check the coast is clear

Tyler opened his bedroom door and looked up and down the corridor. Just as he thought it was ok for Jody to leave, Floss appeared out of her bedroom

Morning said Tyler brightly

What are you doing asked Floss

Just checking that Sasha and Candi-Rose have stopped fighting

Isnt it obvious

Er yeah replied Tyler and went back into his room.

You are going to have to make a run for it, Floss has just gone downstairs and I don't think anyone else is around

So Jody ran back to her room, put the duvet back on her bed and dressed as quickly as possible and went downstairs for breakfast
