Expectations

1 Week Later

"Lauren you wake" Romeo asked.

"Yeah Luna is just eating", I said.

I wasnt dressed yet but I wasn't worried to be honest, we have came up with a temporary system to help us get to school not late. After Luna was done eating she passes out already dressed becuase I dress her up before I feed her. I get ready in an outfit chose a day before the week begins or if I am lazy in pjs. Then I take her downstairs avoiding to wake her up. Romeo is by then feeding Santiago on his high chair, I just set Luna down in a baby swing and begin to cook. After I make breakfast, we eat together before pulling out their strollers.

Well I pull out the stroller and Romeo goes change Santiago since he is a messy eater with his baby food. It isn't that hard both of them strollers don't require much work into setting them up. I put Luna in carefully and she stays sleeping, then Romeo puts Santiago in and we walk out all in one piece.

Then it was meeting up with the group who were also doing something similar Bey and Jay mastered it even before school and Camila didn't worry about it. She is the one saved because she isn't pregnant or a mom hope she doesn't ever have to go through it now.

"We are the least hot messes of the school like look at us on time for drop off and to class", Beyoncé said.

"Yeah we snapped after having a child to mom mode and now we kind of have our life together", I said.

"On the outside ready on the inside we need sleep", she said.

"Who would've though we would make it this far even though we have only been in school for like 2 weeks", I said.

"No one but we will continue beating the odds because we run the world", she said.

"Yes and we are almost finishdd with high school thankfully", I said.

"Yeah then we can celebrate all together", she said.

The bell rang and we all headed to class and I am glad I have Beyoncé she keeps her head up. Especially when you are struggle about having people look at you because you have a kid. It still gets to me even when it is rare at school people don't care anymore but when you are out people stare. It sucks but what can you do they are always going to look at you but only you know how it is going.

I think having a daughter is amazing she is so beautiful and calm at the moment, although she can be slightly sassy. She smiles a lot more now and she makes me happy even more than I usually am. Also having a like a step son is fun he isn't mines but he still loves me a lot. We all play together and watch movies when we can it makes our bond stronger.

Romeo and I's relationship is pretty strong we don't argue a lot but when we do we make up oftenly like 30 minutes later.  I know we still have a lot to go through and there will not always be peace here and it is the best thing to accept. Well there goes a reminiscing of my current day and a life lesson now lets get to the fun part.

Today is Friday and we all decided to play video games at my place so we could be pretty loud. School is finally over and we picked up all our kids who were also ready to go home. Santiago was refusing to get in his stroller so Camila took him instead. Luna was asleep she is only 3 months so she still sleeps a lot.

I know she was going to wake up pretty soon to eat again and stay up for a while. When I got home I ordered a pizza online quickly whipe everyome brought up the baby toys and swings. The game system was set up we just waited for the pizza and once that came we were playing and eating.

Santiago was really enterntained with Camila, it was extremely funny and cute seeing them interact. I had to stop playing games to feed Luna after a bit so then Camila and I switched.
