Summer time! The greatest part about Beacon was the 2 week break between semesters from both spring and summer that easily lead into one another. It was also a great time to spend it with your friends and family. You were a young huntress at Beacon Academy, having moved over from Mistral with your best friend, Pyrrha Nikos.
While you were bummed out that you and her weren't on the same team, you were still able to form bonds of friendship with your other three teammates, Lilly Shine, Amethyst Kristal and her twin, Lavender Kristal. Pyrrha also introduced you guys to her team and the current object of you affection, Jaune Arc, the leader of Team JNPR. He was a dashing young man, blonde hair, bright blue eyes and just was stunning to look at.
Sure he was clumsy at times and you were pretty sure he had no idea how to fight, but the boy was still smart, strong, and honestly, you were all for it. Through it was mainly through Pyrrha that you and Jaune even knew one another. Regardless of that, it was the summer break and you had wrapped up semester exams and were walking out the door when you accidentally bumped into someone.
(Y/N): Whoa! Sorry! Didn't see where I was going.
Jaune: No, it's ok-(Y/N). Oh, a hey. How's it going?
(Y/N): Fine, Jaune. You just finished your exam with Peach?
Jaune: Yeah. How was your exam?
(Y/N): Easy. So, what's the plan now?
Jaune: Well, my team and I were going to head on down to the beach. You and your team want to come along?
(Y/N): Sure! I'll tell the girls.
You ran back to your dorm. Once inside, you saw Lilly reviewing notes and the twins playing some video game.
(Y/N): Hey, girls, we're going to the beach today!
Lavender: And the reasoning behind that is?
(Y/N): Jaune invited us along with his team.
Lilly: Ah, I see it. Jaune Arc. Why am I not surprised?
(Y/N): Yeah, yeah. I have a crush on the guy! Who cares?! Come on, I want to kick back and relax for a bit.
Amethyst: Well, I'm down for it.
Lilly: I don't see why not.
So, the girls and you got changed and went on out to the beach. Once you guys got there, you scanned around until you saw Pyrrha waving you guys over.
(Y/N): Hey, Pyrrha!
Pyrrha: (Y/N)! It is lovely to see you again!
The two of you hugged.
Nora: Hey, girly girls!
Amethyst: Hey, Nora. Where's Ren and Jaune?
Pyrrha: They're out in the water. Speaking of.
You looked out and a massive blush covered your face when you saw Jaune. The man was ripped to the most attractive way possible. You shook yourself back to reality as he got closer to you. You could also see a small blush on his face when he saw you wearing a two piece bikini. Your smirked internally.
(Y/N): (Thinking) Ok. This is my chance. Come on, (Y/N), use your flirt tactics.
You walked over to Jaune to met him half way and smiled as he got closer.
(Y/N): (Thinking) Crap, I have NO idea how to flirt!
Jaune: Hey, (Y/N). Glad to see you guys made it.
