Walking into Nick's house with the spare key he gave me, I make my way to his bedroom. Right as I'm about to walk through the door, I hear someone speak.

"You're an ass." It was Melissa. I had a suspicion that they were sleeping together.

"And you expected anything more?" I question, making my presence known.

"Aria." She states, quickly turning in my direction, looking like she was gonna start explaining herself.

"Don't worry. Your secret's safe with me." I smirk as Nick throws her a jacket that I could only assume is hers. I watch as her facial expression changes from annoyed to hurt at Nick's actions.

I smirk at her as she passes me to leave. I walk over to Nick to see him staring at Cassie through the windows.

"You really are an ass." I state with a smirk.

"Why?" He doesn't take his eyes off of Cassie as she turns and looks at us.

I just shake my head, not responding as I watch Barbie wave at us. She walks out of the window before returning with a jacket in her hand. She looks at us and starts to say something, making me confused. Then I feel a burst of power when she says something else with more force.

Nick's window powerfully shuts, making the glass shatter. He shoves me behind his body as we both jump back from the impact.

"Crazy bitch." I say, looking over Nick's bare torso to see Cassie rush out of her room. We both look at the window in shock.

"Damn." Is all he says before turning to me. "Cute." He says, looking me up and down making me chuckle.

I wore a black distressed tee that was tucked into black high waisted shorts that showed off my ass a little and all black Nikes. My hair and makeup was the same as always, natural and slightly curled but with the exception of a half pony.

"Put a shirt on so we can leave." I say, putting my hand on his toned stomach to push him away.

Nick grabs a random shirt before following me outside to my Jeep. Usually I wouldn't pick him up and we'd meet at the school but he texted me to come and grab him. I think he just wanted me to know that he got laid last night.

"So... you and Melissa?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Oh shut up, Aria. It was a one time thing." He shrugs.

"And how many times has it been a one time thing." I question, smirking. He mumbles something making my smirk widen. "What was that?"

"Too many times." He grumbles.

"Awe. Does my Pupper have a crush?" I tease.

"I don't get into your sex life. Stay out of mine." He states as I take a left turn.

"What sex life? Last person I slept with was..." I trail off.

"My idiot of a brother." He finishes, smirking but then frowning. "I'm sorry he's a douche."

I shrug, pulling up to the school. "He left you too, Nick."

"But I still have you, Kitty." I smile a genuine smile.

"And I have you, Pupper."

When we get to the school, I go to my chemistry class that I share with Faye, Melissa, Adam, and Diana. This was the only class of mine that Nick wasn't in. He failed last year and had to repeat biology.

The teacher, Mr. Herman, starts talking about the rules of the classroom but I tune him out the second I see Cassie walk in. The seat next to mine was the only one available as everyone already had partners. She slowly makes her way toward my table.
