Part 22: Catch up

Jimin and Yoongi were both sat in the living room waiting for the food to cook when Taehyung walked in through the front door.

"Helloooooooo~" Taehyung sang as he entered the living room with a boxy smile.

Jimin turned around then saying "Yo." As Yoongi greatest with a "Hi."

"So." Taehyung said sitting on the floor in front of the two on the couch.

"So?" Jimin said back seeing the smirk creep on to Taehyung's face.

"What did you do today as I queued for hours and failed getting tickets?" Taehyung said with a smile still on his face.

"We went grocery shopping and Jimin learned how to cut with a knife properly." Yoongi said remembering Jimin briefly mentioning that Taehyung went to get fan meets tickets.

"I could use a knife before." Jimin instantly defended so Yoongi emphasised the word "Properly."

Taehyung's smile grew more which both of the others noticed turning to him with Jimin speaking up first saying "Why are you smiling so much? We didn't get the tickets."

"The tickets are nothing since they said they wanted to hang out with us sometime anyways." Taehyung said shrugging.

"And the smile?" Yoongi said folding his head.

"Ohhh that's because of you too." Taehyung said causing Jimin and Yoongi too look at each other confused.

"You both look like confused kittens." Taehyung said chuckling as he opened his phone.

"Anything more specific as to the smile?" Jimin asked ignoring the last comment.

"Oh yeah. You both seem to be getting along wellllllll." Taehyung said smiling widely again.

"You didn't want us too?" Yoongi asked still completely confused.

"Oh no. No. I did. Trust me I did. I just wasn't expecting you to get so close so quickly." Taehyung said with his smile forming more of a smirk.

"Hmm?" Jimin hummed as Yoongi states at the younger puzzled.

"Wait. So your both actually clueless?" Taehyung asked slightly surprised even though he knew better.

Both nodded causing Taehyung to sigh as he scrolled through his camera roll before finding the picture he took that morning.

"I knew neither of you would believe me if I didn't have proof." Taehyung said as he revealed the photo which made both boys blush and go quiet, Jimin much more so than Yoongi.

"It was so cute. I had to stop myself from jumping on you both but I didn't know how much sleep you got since you were both talking contently for ages last night." Taehyung said smiling again.

"So your smiling because we shared a bed since you took up all the space on yours which we were supposed to share?" Yoongi asked getting an innocent nod from Taehyung.

Jimin said nothing as he threw a cushion Taehyung before getting up muttering "I'm checking on the food."

By the time Jimin got to the kitchen he could feed the heat burning on his face and hear his heart beat it was beating that fast.

Jimin then began to serve the food as the other two boys spoke.

"Well?" Taehyung said raising an eyebrow at his hyung getting a eyebrow raise in response.

"What happened last night?" Taehyung said upon Yoongi further remaining silent.

"We talked. We slept." Yoongi replied bluntly trying to keep his composure.

Taehyung jumped up onto the couch, turning and facing Yoongi before carrying on saying "I need details."

Yoongi sighed knowing Taehyung wouldn't stop so quickly blurred "We spoke for ages about anything and anything then noticed you fell asleep. After that we decided we she go to sleep and argued about me sleeping on the couch and it ended with me losing and winning because Jimin didn't sleep on the couch but neither did I so we both shared the bed. Which might I add we'd have to do anyways because someone spilt stuff over the spare blanket. Then Jimin fell asleep and I couldn't sleep and Jimin woke up. Then he sang to me until I fell asleep and played with my hair. Then we woke up and that's it for last night."

Taehyung stayed silent for a moment processing before nodding and saying "And here I was thinking Jimin had no game."

Yoongi just nodded not really caring and thinking about how close him and Jimin were and how he didn't notice.

"Okay so what about today?" Taehyung asked thing giving Yoongi a moment to recall.

"He woke me up but I was cold so cuddled into him. He somehow got me out of bed fairly easily even though most people can't. We went shopping and then I found out neither of you eat properly. So after that I said I was gonna teach him too cook so congrats on your new pans. Then we were in the kitchen and Jimin nearly cut his fingers off with how he was using a knife, I showed him how to do it properly then had to guide him. Then we started to joke and I said I was disappointed and it got dark and concerning when Jimin said his teachers were too or something. Then I apologised and he said not to and he went back to nearly slicing his hand." Yoongi described.

"Thank you and yeah our teacher is harsh on Jimin because he has real talent. Like he's a head of the class. Don't worry about it though he doesn't let it get to him to badly and when it does he's open about it. And you both got realllllly close." Taehyung said making Yoongi think.

"What?" Taehyung asked causing Yoongi to mumbled from his thought process "Jimin's attractive."

Taehyung could have sworn his eyes nearly fell out of his head at what Yoongi said as a smile spread like rapid fire.

"What?!" Taehyung shouted fully snapping Yoongi out of his thoughts.

"You and Jimin should both apply for bighit. Your both attractive, you can sing and he can dance from what I've been told. Then you can get away from that teacher because isn't a part of your course performing?" Yoongi asked and watched as Taehyung's face went normal again.

"I thought you meant like attractive as in attracting you to him... we might audition." Taehyung said with a pout not noticing the slight blush Yoongi had since he had found the other attractive as in that way.
