Part 26: Hands

"Hellooooo." Taehyung said as he let his head peak around the door.

"Gooooood morning Taehyungie hyung." Jungkook said giving him a bunny smile.

Taehyung opened the door wider still behind it blushing immensely then saying "Come on in." As the rest greeted him with a hug at the door.

They all entered and stood in the hallway looking around at the simple but clean house.

"This is a big upgrade to yesterday. You actually cleaned." Yoongi teased messing up the others hair.

"Hyunggg. We don't tell people that me and Jimin are lazy." Taehyung said back with a pout.

Namjoon chuckled before placing a comforting hand on his shoulder then saying "It's okay to be messy. Honestly if we hadn't just had the house cleaned when we were doing the concert it would have been a mess."

Taehyung chuckled as Jin scolded "YoUr NoT sUpPoSeD tO oUt Us."

Jimin heard all of the conversation from the kitchen and quickly understood how Taehyung had managed to speak with them so easily, their good people.

"So is my fellow busan boy Jiminie hyung here? I've got questions." Jungkook said happily.

Taehyung paused before smirking and saying "He's in the kitchen cooking what Yoongi hyung taught him to cook yesterday in their private cooking class."

All the other boys made 'OooOoooOOo' sounds as Yoongi just stood their staring at Taehyung knowing exactly what he was trying to do.

Jimin on the other was blushing in the kitchen wondering why Taehyung would even insinuate it when he knew Jimin had a giant crush on him.

Now what Jimin didn't expect to hear were the words that left Taehyung's mouth next.

"Let go watch Jiminie fail in the kitchen."

He wasn't sure if he felt offended or panicky due to him not expecting anyone to talk to him or be in the same room with him until dinner.

The next thing to happen was Taehyung leading the boys into their large kitchen.

They all greeted Jimin as they entered, going over and hugging him since he was on his phone.

"What happened to your hand?" Jin pointed out as Yoongi was hugging Jimin.

Yoongi pulled back instantly holding Jimin's hands carefully before looking up at him and saying "You didn't use the knife properly."

Jimin pouted slightly as he looked away knowing he'd probably be told off by the elder.

"Yah don't scold him Yoongi, he's to cute to be told off. Just be more careful next time okay Jiminie?" Jin said getting multiple cute nods in response.

"You should probably swap plasters that one needs changing." Namjoon pointed out so Taehyung instantly went and grabbed the first aid kit placing it on the counter.

"I thought it falls off when it needs changing?" Jimin asked seriously.

"Not if it looks like that. How badly did you cut it." Hoseok said going over to inspect his hand as Yoongi carefully took the plaster off.

"Wow your hands are tiny." Hoseok said getting all the members instant attention, going over and looking.

"Their so smol." Jungkook said scrunching up his nose because it was so cute.

"And the contrast to Yoongi's giant hands make them look even smaller." Namjoon said with a smile.

They all began talking about Jimin's hands as Jimin listened confused as he normal got judged.

"I got plasters." Taehyung said bringing them over.

Yoongi took the plaster off before mumbling something like "No one ever listens to their hyung."

"Taehyung. Be a dear and never let Jimin go near a knife EVER again please." Jin said as Yoongi cleaned the cut and put a new plaster on.

"I can bin them all. We don't normally cook anyways." Taehyung said causing all of BTS to turn towards him except Yoongi who already knew.

"No wonder his hands are so smol, your not eating properly I bet your hands are tiny too-" Jungkook said taking Taehyung's larger hand in his.

"Hisss hands are just smol." Taehyung said trying not to let his internal screaming show.

Jungkook started to play with Taehyung's giant hands intertwining their fingers together.

Jimin chuckled watching the two before letting the word he was thinking escape his lips.

"Cute."

Both boys instantly blushed and pulled away from each other looking down at the floor.

All the older boys started to coo as Jimin quickly brought his attention back to the food.

After that it was just a series of teasing everyone in the kitchen, it feeling like all the boys had known each other forever.

After Jungkook stopped panicking he began to ask Jimin all these random questions about Busan and found out they grew up near each other.

Taehyung quietly teased Yoongi saying "You jealous?" Getting a nudge and a "No but you are." In response.

Not to long after food was done and they went into the other room to eat it, chatting in general and getting to know each other better - even the boys who lived together since the band formed didn't know some of the things they said.

After dinner they cleaned up then went back to the living room to just talk.
