I Hate My Country So Fucking Much
Don't let me even start. Or you know what? Let me. We've had local elections and I'm really pissing off because of all the xenophobic propaganda thrown on us because of this...
I'm soo done with homoohobia here.
So there was this action in our high school... Leader of a school council (who is also a lesbian) wanted to make an exhibition due to — I think — LGBT+ People who commited suicide awarness week. Y'know, nothing vulgar, just some placards, to let know that our school is LGBT+ friendly.
And guess what? The principal didn't agree because it's apparently "showing off your sexuality" (:
Our reply? To take all the crosses down from classes. Because it's showing off your religious beliefs.
And yes, if you're wondering, here in Poland crosses are in every class in every school. Not only Catholic, literally every school.
Aren't schools supposed to be secular? Yes they are. Who cares?

Catholic church basically rules our country.
There were also some rumours around one recent Polish movie — which is called "The Clergy" and was directed with english subtitles so I recommend to check it our 👌 The movie reveals some darker parts about polish church, aka greed, paedophilia and covering pedophile crimes, lack of morality. Needless to say, the movie became reaally controversial.
And cinemas in some cities banned this movie. Because.
Also if you're familiar with "Call Me By Your Name", one of the biggest cinema companies in Poland cancelled viewing it because it was about gays. 🙂
A principal from my middle school was removed forcefully... There's no official reason but everybody know it's because he's anti-our-rulling-party. And the minister of education didn't like it so... Boom.
Good job democracy in Poland 👏👏
I mean yeeah, it's cool that we're not rulled by communists anymore... But we don't have to go back to Stalinism.
