A couple weeks had passed and I had been taking some pretty decent pictures of Jace. The more pictures I took of him, the more good looking he started to look to me.

He had the perfect jawline and flawless skin. He was tall and his eyes were such a perfect green. Don't even get me started with his lips... they were to die for.

Okay, Maybe I was starting to develop a little crush on Jace but it wasn't hard to since he was such a gentlemen towards me. He constantly wanted to make sure I was comfortable and eating, something not even my parents would make sure.

I sometimes wondered where he got all these clothes from. I stopped wearing his clothes after the first couple of days and he always laid out clothes that fit me on my dresser.

He really cared about me, and I liked that.

"So what's the plan for today boss?" I poured hot water into my mug.

"Sorry?"

I giggled and handed Jace the kettle, "What are the work plans for today?"

"Oh." Jace poured water into his cup and put the kettle down, "We need to a couple more touch ups to my photos before we send them to the companies and then we'll have our free time."

Around lunchtime I finished editing the photos, filling out forms and doing all the things Jace needed to be done.

I slumped back into my chair.

If I had to be honest, over the past few days I was starting to get butterflies in my stomach whenever Jace would come around. He was starting to make me nervous, something that I never really felt around guys.

I raised my arms in the air and get out a loud yawn. For the rest of the day I was free. I looked at the time, it was only 2 o'clock and I hadn't heard anything from Jace yet.

I got up from my chair and decided to go find him. I peered down the stairs and saw Jace in the action of opening the door. The sign of him caused butterflies to flutter in my stomach.

"Hi babe!!!" A girl with long black hair and glasses exclaimed as she jumped into Jace's arms. She wrapped her legs around him and gave him a long hug.

She jumped off of him and gave him a long kiss.

The feelings of butterflies in my stomach instantly died.

Who was she? And why did she kiss him?

"I missed you so much baby." She said giving him another hug.

"I know babe, it's been too long." I heard Jace say, he leaned and kissed her again.

Just as I was about to turn away to head back to my office, The girl caught site of me. "Hey stranger!" She exclaimed waving at me.

I gave her a fake smile and started walking down the stairs. I looked at Jace who had his arm wrapped around the girl's waist, resting his head on hers.

"Lea this is my friend Jade and Jade this is my girlfriend Lea.

My heart dropped.

I held out my hand with the fakest smile I could wear, "Hi Lea."

Lea brought her hands to mine and formed my hand into a fist before giving it a fist bump. "No need to be so formal girl!"

I let out a fake laugh, "Aha right..." I looked back at the stairs, "It was nice meeting you and I'd love to talk some more but I got some work to catch up on." I looked back at Lea and smiled, "I'll talk to you two in a bit."

I quickly tuned my head and ran up the stairs. I could care less that I looked like an idiot as I ran up those stairs, I would've looked worse with the single hot tears that ran down my cheeks.

I should have known someone as good looking as him would have a girlfriend. Especially when she was gorgeous herself. She had such big boobs and pretty brown eyes. He probably liked her butt too, not to mention her itty bitty waist.

I let out a frustrated sigh.

Lea was perfect compared to me. I had nothing appealing that a guy would want and I was so skinny. She was nice and curvy compared to me. Her hair was is natural ringlets while mine was a cross between straight and wavy.

She was beautiful and I was just ugly.

I closed the office door behind me and sunk down to the floor.

I was mad at myself for thinking anything about Jace. The fact that I never picked up that he had a girlfriend. I was the slightest bit glad that I hadn't tried to flirt with him or anything, or that would've been added to my lists of troubles.

I brang my knees up to my chest and cast my gaze to my shoes.

It was just so hard to process.

He treated me so nicely, let me stay in his house but yet all this time he had a girlfriend. And the way he looked at her and held her really showed that he loved her.

I was stupid.

Really stupid.

A dumb retard like Toni said I was.

I wiped my tears and stood. I didn't want them seeing me like this so cleaning up would be my best option. I opened the door and walked across the hall to the bathroom.

I locked it behind me and stood in front of the mirror. I was really ugly. My skin was so blotchy and my lips were so dry. My hair was a little frizzy and I couldn't remember the last time I properly washed my face.

No wonder Jace was just being, 'Nice' to me.

How could he ever develop feelings for someone ugly as me?
