Air.
I needed air.
I tossed the laundry bin into the hallway and ran down the stairs.
I slipped on my shoes and stepped outside. It was sunny and the flowers were blooming. There was a slight breeze that came over me as I took some more steps outside.
I walked down the pathway and settled down on the huge grassy lawn.
I slowly brought a hand to my lips and let out a sigh.
Jace...
Jace kissed me.
My first kiss, had been taken by this guy who was richer than I could ever be, the hottest person I'd ever met but had a girlfriend.
I felt butterflies in my stomach and a small blush crept onto my face as I brought my knees to my chest.
This was wrong...
But it was too late.
I had developed feelings for him.
They were strong and there was no way I was going to keep them locked away. I was trying to keep them away for some time now, taking into mind that he had a girlfriend but now... I couldn't.
Was he going to break up with Leah?
Was I going to be the cause of Leah's heart break?
My shoulders dropped when I really realized the seriousness of the situation.
Leah was going to hate me, just as much or even more than Toni already had.
Just as I was getting up from the grass a black car pulled into the driveway. It drove all the way up and stopped in front of me. The windows were tinted and I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach.
Leah was in that car and I was going to have to face her.
Was I going to be the one to look at her? Was I going to be the one to break the news to her?
I swallowed and approached the car.
Suddenly the front car door swung open and hit me knocking me over. Three men in masks got out from the back seat and grabbed me. Before I had the chance to scream, one man placed a damp rag over my face.
What the hell was happening?
Maybe it was something in the cloth or the paralysis from fear, but I couldn't get the energy to kick free of their grasps. Instead I just stayed there as a strong urge to sleep came over me.
"No..." was all I managed to mumble before I fell into a deep sleep.
