I woke up in a dimly lit room.
I laid on my back and felt the cold hard floor.
I tried to get up but my wrists and legs were tied to some rope
then hit me, Leah had done this but why?
She might've found out about Jace and I . She tried to just keep me away from him.
I desperately looked around trying to figure out where I was but it was too dark to see anything.
"Hello?" I said loudly
"Is anyone there" I almost start tearing up to the sound of nothing for so long
Then I hear footsteps approaching, loudly.
I get ready for who's about to walk into the room.
A set of keys jingle and I hear the loud noise of the door unlocking.
"Jade?" says a familiar voice
Wait, that's...
Before I could finish my sentence the person who walks in is..
"Jace!" I said before starting to cry.
"Hey" he says while running towards me
"How'd you find me?" I said
"Don't worry about it, let's just get you out of here" he says starting to untie me
As we start walking out of the basement we hear a car pull up in the drive-way
"Shit it's Leah!" I say anxiously
"I'll take care of it, hide!" Jace says in a worried voice
He opens the door for her but then see's another guy
"Jace?" Leah says in a shaky voice
"Uh Leah... Who is he? Jace says clenching his fist to his side
"Oh him, he's uh.." she gets cut off
"I'm her boyfriend and you are?" He says letting out a letting out a bit of aggression
"Oh, really? She WAS my girlfriend, pfft not anymore since she likes fooling around with other guys" his clenched fist got tighter
"I had a reason!" Leah interrupts him
"Leah you said you were single!" the guy says yelling at her
"I felt like I was" Leah mumbled
"Leah, you know what. We'll talk about this later" He steps in front of her
Jace looks the man up and down and says
"You wanna go?"
I really didn't think it'd turn out like this..
