It happened that same day. Phil Lester finally put something out to the public.
He tweeted on twitter - and honestly it was a series of tweets I think everybody had been waiting anxiously for, I know I had been.
| > Phil Lester : Hi all! Yes, I'm back, I was just taking a break from the spot light for a while. I hope everybody's okay and ready to put the past behind us. Though I will make one comment on it though, a final statement of sorts. I did not in any way shape or form flirt/'hit' on anyone that night in the bar. Do what you want with that comment, because I know I cannot change people's mind with out evediance and I just hope that people have the maturity to believe me.
| > Phil Lester : I am a lot happier since the incident and have made some great new friends. In the future, I hope that what happened can be joked upon, because honestly when you look at it from another's perspective, it is a pretty stupid situation that I somehow got myself in. Though one of the friends that I've unexpectedly made during my break from the public eye has really helped with everything and I've hope I've helped him too, we've even moved in together as roomates.
| > Phil Lester : He even had a great idea of how we can come back and announce to the world that we are here back and better than ever. I'm well aware that I no longer have that TV Show offer, but I'm still going to give my proposal. Sure, I know the world isn't sure about me after everything that happened, but I know everybody loves >Daniel Howell ! So that is why I believe his idea might work. The truth is that if i hadn't gone to my News Interview, I would've gone to one interviewed by Dan.
| > Phil Lester : Dan told me that we would've played a game he had created himself, called Drama Llamas. I just wish that could've happened instead of what did, but we can't change the past, however we can change the future. Which is why Dan and I want to have a game show/chat show called Drama Llamas. A way for both of us to return to do something we are both passionate about - entertaining all of you at home. I will leave you with that thought. I remember it so clearly. The notification that undoubtedly popped up on thousands of people's feeds - that #DramaLlamas hashtag that quickly reached #1 later that day. Most of it was support, though of course there was some hate that managed to slip through the cracks. I saw first hand the bombard of people that spammed Alfie Harrison's twitter, though he made no comment and later went inactive on all of his social media's. Phil was steadily returning to where he was, now with Dan standing by his side.
It all seemed so perfect that honestly, there's no surprise that something went wrong and - it's such a shame that it did.
Nobody can ever truely escape hardships on the journey of growth. Everybody will encounter a challenge here and there in an attempt to divert you from your end goal. It just so happened that Dan and Phil ran headfirst into the wall blocking there path without time to slam their feet on the breaks.
All you can do is just hope they'll recover.
And to know that, you'll just have to wait and see.
