My eyes shot wide open as my alarm clock went off. It scared me to be honest. I glanced out the window to see, the sun. A few clouds roamed the turquoise skies. Rays of sun hit through my window and stopped on my wooden floor. Still laying in bed. I untangled my legs from the soft warm blankets and walked to my bathroom. I washed my face and picked out my outfit. I picked out some blue jeans a white tanktop with white vans. I kept it simple since I had to wear a uniform that i was supposed to change into at school since I didn't have it yet. I spread out my clothes on my bed.
I thought about doing make up, but because I was inexperienced, I left it alone, just incase it came out horrible. I went ahead and got dressed. I put on a white hoodie cause i knew I'd get cold. Running down the stairs into the kitchen, I saw my mom reading the news paper and sipping her coffee.
I grabbed a bowl of cereal and pored milk into it as I ate quickly. I kissed my mom and went upstairs to hug my dad as I grabbed my heavy backpack.
"We called a cab to take you to school" my mom said watching the cab pull up in front of our house.
I nodded and smiled and kissed her again on the cheek as I waved to my dad as he watch me leave on the stairs. And there i went. I was off.
