I opened my eyes staring at the ceiling. My eyes felt heavy and they closed again. My sight was blurry, and my eyes felt dry. I opened them again and looked at the time, 10:54 a.m. I glanced around the room and saw my parents bed made, and a note on the door. I shut my eyes and rolled over, ready to sleep again. I was imagining what the note may say. 'Went to go eat breakfast, we'll be up soon' crossed my mind, so I went with that. As my thoughts seemed to disappear, and my mind went black. I took notice on how comfortable I was. Warm, tiered, it excited me. So I got up to see the note.
' Hi darling, we decided to go check out the new house! We didn't want to wake you. We packed our suitcases and took them to the new house so there would be space in the cab for the rest of our stuff. We'll be back around 11:30 a.m. Go ahead and get ready, have breakfast, and pack your bags! We love you! xoxo ~ Mom and Dad :) '
I tore the note off the door and put in on the desk as I walked into the bathroom I washed my face cause I didn't feel like showering. I wore the same clothes as yesterday because the new clothes I bought needed to be washed, cause it smelled weird. I took my phone and tucked it into my pocket as I walked out the door with my hotel card. I hung the 'DO NOT DISTURBE' sign on my door cause I didn't want them to clean up for me since i needed to pack. I walked down the hall and took a right to a 'lift' I pushed lobby and rode down.
Once I got off I went ahead and found the breakfast area. I got myself a toast because they where cleaning up. I had breakfast and went back up to my room to start packing since it was 11:20 a.m. I ran into my parents in the lobby and we went up together.
I started packing my clothes. My parents took the notebooks, toiletries, makeup, and some of the clothes back to the house. My mom helped me pack as my dad was checking the room to see if there was anything we left behind. Once we where done, I packed my laptop and charger and double checked if I left anything. We grabbed our bags and head out. We rode down to the lobby on the lift and checked out. A hotel worker got a cab for us and the cab driver helped us put our luggage into the cab. And we where off.
