Aidyn's POV
I launched myself out of my chair and grabbed my stuff hastily, not particularly caring about whether or not I left something behind. The boys looked very confused as I mumbled a small 'I'm sorry,' on my way out of the door.
I hopped into my car and peeled out of the parking lot quickly, my hands gripping the steering wheel so hard my knuckles were white. The drive to the mall was short and stressful, and when I finally did get there, I saw the thing I had been fearing since the very beginning.
They were walking hand in hand, talking, laughing loudly, completely oblivious to my presence. I saw him press a kiss to her cheek, and she returned it with one of her own, one much more passionate as it landed on the lips I had grown to know so well.
My vision went red as I marched over there, fury taking over my entire body, controlling all of my movements. "You little fuck. I trusted you, I let you in, and this is how you repay me? Screw you, we're over." My voice sounded calm as I spoke, but my body was nearly shaking in rage.
He looked scared, genuinely scared, because he had never seen me as angry as I was then, ever. I would always restrain myself around him, because I didn't want him to hate me for the thing that I became when I was truly angry.
"And you." I turned to the girl who stood there, red in the face. "I knew you were the school slut, that I shouldn't trust you, but you just wanted to be my friend so badly that I had to say yes. I made an exception for you. I thought you were my friend, but now... you're dead to me. Both of you." I said to Caddie, beginning to walk away.
"Baby wait!" He shouted, putting a hand on my shoulder. "It's not what it looks like, I can ex--" That's when I exploded. I whirled around, my already clenched fist slamming into his nose with a sickening crunch. I relished in the feeling of his nose shattering under the pressure from my fist and watched him fall, blood squirting from his nose.
"Fuck you, Jarin." I said before kicking him in the balls. I turned to walk around, ignoring his groans and cries of pain, only to walk directly into a wall of solid muscle. A person. I looked up, meeting eyes with whoever I had just ran into.
"Nam--Namjoon?" I mumbled, blushing a little. I looked past him to see all six other members standing behind him, disguised as tourists staring at me with wide eyes.
"Let's get you out of here." He whispered in Korean, grabbing my shoulder and leading me out of there. I sagged against him, all of the fight that had just been in me long gone. I followed them outside to their van, ironically parked next to my beautiful baby, my beloved car.
"Aidyn... please don't hurt me." Yoongi said as soon as we got to the van. I laughed but everyone else stared at me in a scared manner and I realized that he was serious.
"No, of course I won't." I promised, sobering myself up. The all sighed in relief, and Tae came up and gave me a tight hug. I relaxed into him, loving how he comforted me. I pulled away first, stepping back from all of them.
"Thanks you guys, but you didn't have to follow me. Y'all are busy, so go on. I'll be fine. I can handle myself." I put on a brave face for them, smiling a little bit, but I didn't feel it at all. I wanted to go home and curl up into a ball and die, but wouldn't have been able to happen if they didn't leave.
"No, no no. You need us, Aidyn. We talked to our manager, actually, and he said that we could have a week off if we wanted to. This was the end of our tour, so we get a bit of a rest. He said we could stay here for a while, so we figured we'd take that time to cheer you up. Right, guys?" Jungkook said, stepping forward and wrapping an arm around my shoulder.
They all nodded in agreement, and I couldn't help but blush a little. "Thanks but... you barely know me. Why?" I asked, looking down at my feet.
"Well for one thing, you're awesome and we like you, and for another, you can show us around Texas and we can do all of your favorite things and then you'll be happier, at least for a few days. Plus when we help people, it feels really good, and we like that a lot so please just let us make you feel better." Hobi said really quickly, so quickly that I almost didn't catch everything as my mind scrambled to translate it.
"O-okay I guess. Maybe I do need a distraction. I'll just pretend to be sick so I can miss school, and Tyler will send me all of our homework, and... yeah. Okay, sure." I said, mostly to myself. They cheered, and we all piled into the van, except for Yoongi, who drove my car back to the concert center.
"If you get even the slightest scratch on her, I will personally kill you, idol or not. Haha, just kidding. Seriously though, don't screw this up, okay?" I said when he offered. He looked scared, but that faded quickly when he realized that I was joking about murdering him.
The ride back was interesting, to say the least. Jungkook and Tae kept trying to make me laugh while looking like they were simultaneously trying to cuddle, Jimin was playing games with Hobi in the back, and Jin and Namjoon were sitting in the front, acting like the parents we all knew they were.
"Thanks you guys." I said when we returned.
P.S. I'm gonna start writing English in italics and Korean normally, since most of the dialogue will be in Korean anyway.
