Taehyung's POV

We took a moment to realize what they were doing before bending down as well, doing our best to reach our toes. We followed the man with long hair's instructions (I think his name is Henry???) until Aidyn called out, "Nope, I've had enough! Henry, I love you, but you suck at this." She traded places with him in the center, her back to me.

"Okay, let's try this again. I want you guys to bend to the right, still touching your toes, got it?"Everyone nodded, and she bent down to stretch as well. Her butt was only about three feet away from me, and seeing her in such tight yoga pants made my heart go jbafvoibvrojbfvnjoenjorenjoeruwu, and I rushed to quickly look away, not wanting to invade her privacy like that.

It felt wrong, plus Jungkook was there, and as much as I loved him, I couldn't have him knowing, not just yet. There were some secrets that didn't yet need to be shared. We continued to stretch, and I noticed that Aidyn was rotating to let everyone get a good look at the stretches, although I had the feeling that everyone knew them already.

We finished stretching and she pulled us aside. "Okay so now we have drills. We do these for about a half an hour every practice at the beginning just to make sure our stamina is up." Jimin smirked form beside me and I elbowed him in the arm. "John leads those, and then we all split up to climb on our own, doing what we need to depending on what we are doing in the upcoming comp. With me being a captain, I have to walk around every three routes to make sure everyone is getting the help they need.

So I guess just kind of follow along with what we do, okay?"She finished. We nodded, and she jogged us back over to a long row of mats laying under one of the walls. The team lined up into three lines of about seven or eight, so we made our own line, Aidyn standing in front of us.

"Okay guys! I want you to start off with backbends across the mats!" The bald man, (John?) yelled. Everyone looked mortified, and he laughed out loud, his face turning a deep shade of red. "I'm just kidding! Only Aidyn can do that, I think. Let's start off with burpees all the way across. Ready? Set! Go!" So it was a relay. So she's flexible, huh? I thought.

I watched in awe as Aidyn bounced across the mats with surprising agility, given the fact that she reminded me of a potato. A cute potato, don't get me wrong, but... a potato nonetheless. She was the first to get back, and Jimin was the first in line after her, so he followed her steps and did everything she did, doing 'burpees' across the mats until he got back.

We continued on like this, and we were at least two people ahead of all of the other teams, but in the end... Namjoon tripped, and nearly cost us the race. Aidyn groaned. "Okay, that's fine. We still won. Next time though, be light on your feet, got it?" She said sharply, her gaze cutting him to ribbons.

We continued doing relays like that for about a half an hour before breaking for water, something we all desperately needed. Panting and sweaty, we crowded the water fountains, taking many long gulps before pulling away.

I looked over at Aidyn only to find her sitting calmly on a bench, barely any sweat on her face at all. Her cheeks were tinted rosy, and she was drinking from her water bottle, but other than that, you wouldn't have otherwise been able to tell that she was just working out.

"You get used to it," Someone behind me said, placing a hand on my shoulder. "Hi, I'm Henry by the way. Aidyn's my co-captain, but she's honestly a better climber than any of us. Still not sure why she isn't on the national team yet but I guess that's her decision to make." He shook my hand and I smiled at him, understanding the main point of what he was trying to say.

I smiled and nodded. "Hi, I"m V. Er, uh... Taehyung. Nice to meet you." I said, trying not to sound like the weird alien everyone thought me to be. I looked back at Aidyn, and she gave a small smile and a thumbs up to me. I giggled a bit. Oops. He smiled back, and laughed a little.
