"So this is going to stay between us?" Austin asks.

"Yes. Don't you think it's for the best?"

We're still on his yacht after spending the night together. There was lots of talking about anything and everything. And there was a lot of bliss in between those talks.

After getting out of bed before sunrise, we stumbled on this serious discussion. This thing between us will surely be frowned upon. I'm an Intern in the company that he is running. And we both know that this won't sit well for many at the company.

"Ok, let's go." He says with a thoughtful nod. Taking my hand in his.

But he suddenly stops and turns to me. He pulls me toward him and then slams his lips to mine. "I might not see you today." He says after that deep quick kiss. After that, we make our way to the waiting car.

He drops me off at my apartment with another quick kiss. And with a promise that he will make contact somewhere in today.

I silently open the door to the apartment. Trying to get to my room without letting my two roommates know. And I'm also hoping that neither of them knows that I didn't spend the night there.

Hurrying to get to my bedroom I don't spot the two figure sitting in a dark corner.

"Where do you think she's coming from?" A voice suddenly asks.

Making me freeze just as my hand touches my bedroom door handle.

"I don't know. A one night stand maybe." Jennifer answers thoughtfully to James.

"I guess we'll never know, will we," James says with the same tone.

I turn around just when his figure gets up and starts moving towards me.

"Yes, because we're going to kill her for making us worry about her," Jennifer says in a stern voice. She too gets up and makes her way to me.

I know I will have to tell a good lie about where I was last night. They won't let this go otherwise.

"I was helping a friend," I say. And then turn around to open the door, but I don't get very far.

"No, Missy. You're not getting out of this that easily." Jennifer says, menacingly making her way closer to me.

I turn around again after having some time to think my lie through. "Guys I seriously just helped out a friend. Her name is Danny. And she had a personal problem. And I obviously can't discuss it with you two." I say, lying through my teeth. Hoping they would just accept this lie, I finally open my door and enter my room. I don't bother closing the door because I know they'll just come in anyway.

"That's it?" Jennifer asked, standing in my doorway and still looking doubtful about my answer.

"Yes!" I say, throwing my hands up. I'm a really good actor, I think to myself.

"Ok. I believe you. But will this happen again?" James asked, not knowing he just saved me out of a predicament I haven't even though about.

"Yes, the problem hasn't been fixed yet," I say and turn around to hide the smile that's about to come on.
