Mariah was helping Sharon prepare for dinner while Tessa was helping Faith with her home work
"Thank you again for giving us the apartment"Mariah said
Sharon smiled at her"By the looks on your faces when you two came in I can see you tow love it"
"Mom"Mariah gave her Mom a look"Please don't"she said getting embarrassed
"I won't"she said reaching for her hand"I'm just so happy for you"
They smiled at each other"Come on lets go eat"she said walking out of the kitchen "Dinners ready"she said carrying the pot roast. Mariah followed behind carrying the vegetables and placed them on the table
Tessa came over and placed her hands on Mariah's hips and kissed her cheek
Mariah turned and smiled"What was that for"she asked
"Just because"Tessa smiled at her
Mariah just smiled at Tessa and sat down Tessa sat next to Mariah while Faith and Sharon sat across form them
"So Faith did you finish your homework Sweetheart?"Sharon asked
"Yep"she nodded"Tessa helped"she told her "Thanks Tessa"
"No prob Babe"
"Hey, that's my nickname"Mariah said all sad
"My bad"Tessa said as she kissed the side of Mariah's head
"It's all good,I'm only teasing"she winked \
"So Mariah and Tessa do you want to tell Faith your news"Sharon said
"OH MY GOD, are you getting married"Faith said all excited
This caused Mariah to choke on her drink. Tessa patted Mariah's back
"No, Faith me and your sister are not getting married "
"Oh then what is the news"Faith asked
Mariah caught her breath"Faith I'm moving out and moving in with Tessa"she told her
"WHAT NO"she said all upset
"Faith, honey it's all good, they won't be far. I gave them the apartment over Crimson Lights"Sharon told her as she put her arm around her daughter
"But you won't be here,it's not far"she said as she ran upstairs
They all looked at each other
"Let me go talk to her, Sister to Sister"Mariah said she ran her hand on Tessa's back as she walked by.She went up to Faith's room she found her laying on her bed
"Hey"she knocked"Can I come in"
"Sure"she said looking over at her sister
Mariah smiled and walked over to Faith and sat on her bed
"I know you're not happy I'm moving out,but I'll always be there for you"
"That is not why I'm sad"
"Then why are you sad Squirt"Mariah asked
"First Mom and Dad break up, then Dad and Christian move out and now you.I know you need to live your life.I just want someone who wont leave me"
Mariah sighed she reached over and pulled her in her arms"I may not be in the house but I'll never ever leave you"
Faith nodded at what her sister said
Tessa was in the doorway listening in"I think I have an idea"Tessa said causing Mariah and Faith to pull away
