Tessa and Mariah walked into the apartment after the events that happened tonight. Tessa walked over to the couch and plopped down. Mariah came over and sat down next to her
"Tess, do you want to talk about it"Mariah said
Tessa shook her head
Mariah took her hand in hers"You know its not true what Crystal said,this baby is your as much as it's mine"She placed her chin on Tessa's shoulder"Don't let her upset you"
"But she did Mariah"she put her head down"How could she say something like that"she turned her head and looked at Mariah with tears coming down
"I don't know"she took a deep breathe"Do you want some cake"she said as she got off the couch and headed towards the kitchen
Tessa gave her a confused look then laughed,she got up and followed Mariah "Let me guess,a craving"she asked even though she knew the answer
"Nope"she smiled at her"Cake just makes everything better.In my option"she told her.She took the cake out of the fridge"So I have to ask do you want your own piece or do you want to share"she asked while taking two forks out
Tessa smiled and took one fork out of Mariah's hand and took a piece and fed it to Mariah"Share"she said in a soft voice
Mariah took the fork from Tessa and fed her as well then kissed her lips gently.Tessa cupped Mariah's face and deepened the kiss
They pulled away
"Tessa"Mariah said
"Yes"Tessa said caressing Mariah's cheek
"You were right,this was a craving"she said smiling at her as she took another bite
"Ha I knew it"she laughed and kissed her again
Tessa looked at her"What is it Tessa"Mariah asked
"I'm an awful wife"she said
"What"she was surprised by this "Why would you say that Tessa"Mariah asked
"Here you are trying to cheer me up and comfort me about what my sister said tonight when your Mom barely said two words about the baby"
Mariah wrapped her arms around Tessa's waist"You are an amazing wife Tessa,yes I'm disappointed in my mom tonight,but I love you and your sister said something that hurt you and all I care about is you and making you feel better"Mariah pulled her in for a kiss
Tessa pulled her closer and deepened the kiss.She picked her up and sat her on the counter. Tessa went in between Mariah's legs placing her hands on her thighs,Mariah ran her fingers through Tessa's hair, their lips never parted
Mariah cupped Tessa's face" I love you Tessa and no matter what anyone says you're this baby's Mama"she placed Tessa's hand on her stomach
Tessa had tears in her eyes"So why can't Crystal see that"
"I don't know Babe"she kissed the top of her head
