I will never leave your side

I'm driving home from Lukes house. We got into a fight about me moving in. I didn't want to stay the night so I left. I was along the road near my apartment. It's not busy during the day but it's 2am so there really no one around. I was coming up to a stop sign from my left. I didn't have a sign. As I was going through the intersection I saw a bright light coming from my left. I didn't think much of it. Until I was upside down. I was alert. I knew my arm hurt. I knew my head hurt. I knew I was upside down crying. I could feel the blood from different places streaming down my body. I try to reach my phone. I feel the light of my car roof. I find my phone. I hold it in front of my face. The screen is shattered and there blood drips on it. I dial 911.
"911, what's your emergency?"
"I'm outside the lakeside apartments, I'm upside down. I can't breathe"
"Help is in the way. Are you wearing a seat belt?"
"Yes."
"Can you get out of the car?"
"My arm can't reach and the other hurts."
"Ok stay calm is the engine off?"
"No."
"Can you turn it off?"
"I can try it" I put my phone on the roof and reach forward I turn the key.
"It's off"
"Good. Now try not to move."
"I can hear sirens" I say smiling. I hang up and quickly call Luke.
"Come to my apartment now" I say not giving him a chance to say anything.
"Ma'am what's you name, we're here to help" a man says to me dressed in a firemen's uniform.
"Y/n"
"Ok y/n we're gonna get you out. I'm gonna put this around your neck." He puts a collar around my neck. I hear a car pull up and officers yelling.
"IM HER BOYFRIEND!!!" I hear Luke yell.
"I wanna see him. He's my boyfriend. Please if I die."
"You're not gonna die, LET HIM IN!" He yells.
"Oh my god baby!" I can see the tears running down his face he touches my lips.
"I love you" I say.
"I love you to. I'm gonna see you when you get out, I'm gonna come with you to the hospital."
"Ok we're gonna get you out now." The man says.
Luke is pulled back.
"I love you" he says.
"What's your name?" I ask the firemen.
"Toby, this is Callen. We're get you out now." They put a blanket over my face. I hear a loud saw.
"AHHHHHH" I yell.
"We're almost done y/n soon" they keep going. I can feel them rip the door off. My bad arm shifts.
"AHHHH MY ARM"
"Ok y/n we're gonna have someone come into the back to hold you up while we cut off the seatbelt. It's gonna hurt I'm not gonna lie." Toby says.
"Ready?"
"No, but do it" I say. I feel hands around my waist and more more hands on my shoulder. I feel myself slipping.
"I'm slipping, I'm slipping" I yell trying not to move.
"You're okay, you're okay" he says to me. They start to pull me out the car.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" it hurts so much. I can feel the blood rush in my veins. It's getting harder to breathe. They put me into a backboard and then on the ground immediately people start to gather around me.
"Hi y/n I'm Maddie I'm gonna check you out ok?"
"y-yea" I stutter. She checks my heart. I can't stop crying. She checks my arm. I flinch.
"Let's get an IV started and bring over her boyfriend." I look up at her.
"You need him I can tell." Lukes kneels next to me.
"I love you baby, everything will be ok" he kisses my lips.
"I love you"
"Ok I'm putting in the IV." I feel a prick in my arm.
"Ok we're gonna get you in the rig now." Maddie says.
"Can I come? My friends are here to drive me to the hospital if I can't I can't drive right now"
"Come with us." They put me on a stretcher.
"We love you y/n!" I hear from Michael, Calum, and Ashton. I smile slightly. I'm soon whisked away in an ambulance.
"Luke..."
"I'm here babe" he says grabbing my hand.
"I'm gonna move into your home" he laughs.
"I'll get the boys on it" he says kissing my hand.
