Luke and I have been dating for a few months now, we've never done anything more then just making out. I didn't want the relationship to be mostly sex. But I want to go a little further, baby steps. I'm actually letting him grope my tits. He was all for it. He was sat in front of me as I made out with him. He spent a little too much time with one side and pulled away. He sigh and looked down.
"Luke what's wrong?" I ask.
"Ok you know I love you. And I know this is gonna kill the mood but...when was the last time you got a boob doctor appointment?" He asks shyly. I furrow my brows.
"6 months ago...why?" I laugh a little about the way he said that.
"Because....your left one doesn't feel like the right...there's a lump...." my face drops.
"My grandma had breast cancer...." I say.
"I know and that's why I knew I needed to tell you immediately" I start to panic a little. I put my hands around my boobs. He guided my left hand to the spot. I look up at him as I feel it.
"Tomorrow morning we can call and make an appointment. I'll make to come with you okay baby?" I nod.
It's been two days since my appointment and my doctor is supposed to call me with results from the blood test. I'm pacing like I have been all day.
"Babe please eat" Luke says.
"I can't Luke"
"Babe, we can't change what the results say. Pacing won't help. We will take everything one step at a time. It's all we can do. I'm gonna be here through it all, I promise." I smile slightly.
"I love you" I say.
"I love you too, now please eat-" He's cut off by my phone ringing. I pick it up.
"Hi y/n, I know you're nervous so let's just get right to it. I'd like you to come in for a biopsy. I do believe it's cancerous" my heart drops. I set up an appointment for the biopsy and hang up. I look at Luke.
"Can you call the other guys. You guys are my family and I wanna tell them" he nods and picks up his phone. I look out at the backyard, it's so peaceful and nice out, the exact opposite of what I'm feeling. Luke wraps his arms around my body and pulls me close to him. I wrap my arms around him and just try to live in the moment who knows when this will end.
"So you are all here now..." I say to Ashton, KayKay, Mike, Crystal, and Calum.
"We have something we need to tell you"
